This is definitely not the Hooters it used to be. Before the girls were so friendly and polite and during our last two visits that wasn’t the case. We’re here right now and I have to say the service is terrible. Alejandra is our server and she’s not pleasant nor is she polite. We continuously had to ask for things that should have been brought out automatically. For example, utensils, water refills and blue cheese for the wings. She gave the impression of not wanting to be here today. She ruined our experience at Hooters Doral today.

Don’t recommend if you’re black. The manager JASON IS RUDE! And racist! My friend and I are visiting from Chicago. My friend ordered a drink she showed the waitress her ID. She went and got the general manager and he overly examined her ID! Them proceeded to tell her it doesn’t look real. She is damn near 30! They didn’t do that to the couple behind us (who were not black)! And the lady behind us even said it! They were doing to much! Never again.

Worst Hooters that I’ve been in ! The food took 30-40 min to get to me and my friend had to take hers home cus they never brought the food out after 1hour of waiting for the food and the waitress was very very rood and had a bad attitude ! I don’t recommend this place !!!!

Terrible experience from start to finish.
We arrived at 3:45 PM and were told to seat ourselves. With a 1-year-old, we chose a table in the back. That section was split between two servers, yet we sat for nearly 20 minutes with no greeting, no drinks, and no acknowledgment until I had to get a manager. The lack of communication between staff was obvious — another server working nearby could have easily alerted her coworker.
Our server, Melanie, did apologize for the delay, but by 4:30 PM everyone in my party had food except me. That’s unacceptable.
The food made it worse. We ordered fish and chips, wings, and a Philly cheesesteak. Everything was overly greasy and low quality. I’m still dealing with stomach pain today.
Poor service, poor coordination, and disappointing food. We won’t be back.

The music was very very loud, asked the manager lower it twice and it still had us screaming. They played a random mix of music which included a heavy rotation of heavy rock songs. The atmosphere was the absolute worst. DO NOT come here if you want to talk to people that you’ve come to dinner with. Go right across the street to flanigans!
I had a great experience at Hooters Doral. I came by myself, and from the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and welcomed.
Jasmine was absolutely amazing — kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made sure I was well taken care of the entire time and made my visit feel easy and enjoyable. Her customer service truly stood out and made my night much better.
The atmosphere was fun, the service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. I would definitely recommend Hooters Doral, especially if you’re looking for great service and a friendly environment.

I recently visited Hooters and had a mixed experience. The food was actually surprisingly good, and it felt like they’ve gone back to their older recipe, which was a nice improvement and definitely the highlight of the visit. The wings and overall quality were solid and better than I expected. However, the service at the bar was pretty disappointing. The bartender seemed very distracted and spent a noticeable amount of time on her phone, constantly checking it while working. It gave the impression that her phone was more important than the customers. She also seemed more focused on chatting and gossiping with a guest or friend rather than paying attention to people at the bar who were trying to order food or drinks. She also had a book with her and was moving at a very slow pace, which made the service feel even less attentive. Overall, it felt like she didn’t really want to be there, which affected the experience quite a bit. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend sitting at a table rather than the bar, because the bar service was not great. That said, the food itself is worth trying, and it’s good to see the recipe quality improving again. With better customer service and less distraction from phones, this place could be a much better experience.
