Food is delicious, everything is very customizable, kind people (we had a card issue at first and they were chill and patient with us while we got it sorted). Wife got the bacon chicken ranch as a wrap and I got the honeyaki chicken as a wrap and it was perfect!

Was in the area for a Geocache and needed to get AC before the short little hike we had to take. We're from out of town doing a little coastal roadtrip, saw this place close by and decided we had to try it, was definitely not a let down!! Totally recommend

My go to is the honey mustard chicken but this time I had the pastrami. I have yet to try something bad here. And I’ve even eaten down south as well. I b love this place. Fast service good pricing delicious subs

A hungry bear sub and a cold mango arizona from the cooler will slow down the sun in the race that is the nonstop hustle of the day. Watching a teriyaki chicken grilled in front of you is pure magic. The 4 walls are like the banks of the mighty Misssissippi holding back the constant flow of kindness pouring out of the staff. Time waits for no one, except the man who is partaking in such greatness crafted in the art gallery that is this humble sandwich shop. Every day is independence day when you are liberated from the rigors of this life by the fireworks of flavor that seem to come together in a union ordained by God.

I went here countless time in the summer of 2020 and it was the highlight of the day when I would go. I hope the HB staff are doing well.

Chemical bread, lowest quality meat, low amount of cheese. No bueno

Hard old bread took most of it off. If the bread would have been fresh the sandwich would have been better. Expensive sandwich for old bread. They should be ashamed to even consider serving someone a sandwich w dry old bread!!!

Visited this place for the first time looking at the reviews. Spectacular food. Employees are very nice and helpful.
I bought a chipotle chicken in spinach wrap. I was not disappointed! I will definitely visit again.

This place has changed. I got the steak and cheese. Nothing to brag about. The meat was tasteless, cheap quality. Ordered it with extra tomatoes not only did I not get them but they put the meat (hot) on top of the lettuce and tomatoes so by the time you sit to eat it, they are wilted. Also, 2 subs (1 lg, 1 reg) and 2 can sodas ended paying $32 and change. Never again for me.

This shop is amazing. used to go to the other location in Kendall but this one is amazing, with tables to sit and eat and a huge variety of selections for chips and drinks. Never disappointed when I come here and Ive been coming here for over 10 years. 10/10 and would recommend this sub shop. Best phillycheesesteak in Miami, HANDS DOWN!!

Today I had to give my sub away. Service was normal. When I went to est my cheesesteak sub I first noticed the meat looked funny. It appeared mushy. Thought maybe just chopped well but when I went to eat it it tasted weird. I gave remaining to my coworker who also said a something was off about it.

I know its the economy but prices went up and the sub sizes went down. Still stuffed to the brim and delicious but a little sad to see. Been coming here for years!
