We have gone many times to the restaurant but this time the air conditioning wasn't working. I expected a phone call from them letting me know but they didn't and not even the hostess told us when we arrived. We were seated and that's when we realized no air. Called the manager and told him about it. He apologized and gave us the Corkage fee for free. It was an uncomfortable evening.not enjoyable very sad"

Unfortunately, I cannot say the experience was memorable in a positive way. The air conditioning was broken, leaving the dining area uncomfortably hot, and no fans were provided to ease the situation. More concerning, we were not informed of this issue upon arrival, which felt like a lack of transparency. Additionally, the lobster wok-tossed dish was unexpectedly deep-fried, a detail not indicated on the menu or communicated by our waiter, significantly affecting our enjoyment. These oversights made for a disappointing visit, and I hope you address these issues to improve future experiences.

I was very disappointed and would only come back for Dim Sum. Decided to order from the Miami Spice 2025 menu. The appetizers (dim sum) were great but the entrees were very lacking. The chicken was stale like it was recooked. The shrimp was very salty and the vegetable fried rice was not the regular fried rice I had gotten in the past. It was basically rice and scallions. Desserts were not exciting. Don't know why they participated in MS. Wait staff were very good.

Came here for my wifes birthday having high expectations and they did disappoint, up until having a cocktail at the bar everything was good but then service was bad, server had several tables and took us 30 mins to order our food, emperor menu was not available nor the tasting menu even though on their direct website it says it was, also was told if we ordered a steak we couldn't get it Rare nor Medium rare, chef only cooks it Med Well, what kind of restaurant is that, food was average nothing out of the ordinary, table next to us got a birthday candle and all and we didnt even though i put it on the reservation, really disappointing experience and for sure we won't be back.

So as Y'all know by now, I love food and I promise you if I say it's a hit, it's a hit! I won't even bother reviewing a place if it's not top teir !!!!! Just so we are clear. When I tell you this place is magical, I tell no lies We had the Miami Spice menu Light and flavorful many textures and so much great energy from the staff!!!!! I didnt get to say good bye to ny fellow Virgo sister who welcomed us and waited on us at first but thats my only complaint. Setting was breathtaking inside and out and being the first to brunch means we had the staffs undivided attention. Amazing and magical time. 3 course meal great mocktail just all around magical.

-The food is always fantastic, especially the duck which is our favorite. The serivece was very good, especially Jessi who took very good care of us. What I appreciated most was that we forgot a coat, and they called to let us know and we were able to come back the same night and get it back. We have been loyal customers for many years, and after this experience we will continue to be so.

Had a wonderful experience at Hutong with their Miami Spice menu! The dim sum, duck, prawns, and crispy green beans were all delicious, and the flavors were beautifully balanced. The watermelon mocktail with pink peppercorns was unique and refreshing, and the ice cream ganache with roasted sesame seeds made for a wonderful finish. A truly elevated fusion dining experience!
Loved the attention to detail of every plate. The food was delicious and the service by Wanderley was superb!
