Food was nice, staff friendly, bathrooms are clean, nice place to stop by and have a nice cup of coffee, the music was a little bit of, sometimes really hardcore rock, which is fine but not for so long, although is a personal opinion, the vibe was good and the location is very convenient.

So just left this establishment and quite disappointed with the reaction of the staff when I told them that I did not care for my meal. My husband ordered and did not realize that I would not like what he ordered. Tried to explain what happened to one of the workers and she said you know what you ordered after I asked if they can change it. My disgust for this restaurant is they never even tried to fixed, then ignored/avoided us and never sent over a manager or owner to rectify.I paid $18 for a dish I never ate, not good business. They stole from me.

I'm a retired Australian living right next to this fantastic coffee shop. Apart from the wonderful coffee and food, the experience is made perfect by the excellent and friendly staff. I would highly recommend. To the staff at ITSI, I truly thank you for how lovely and kind you all are when I come to visit. It is the highlight of my day. The place is small but cozy, I ordered a cut and a blueberry muffin for a snack ($10 in total, so it's not cheap). The coffee is good, it could easily be one of my favorite places to drink it if it weren't difficult to get parking nearby.

Really good food, the sourdough is absolutely amazing, crunchy, soft and healthy.The coffee really well done.To improve: the prices are different than online, it would be nice and kind to update the prices.Good atmosphere.

Truly the worst coffee I've ever had in my life! I just gave this place a second chance, I work in the building next door so it's very convenient for me to buy my coffee there, but it tastes like anything but coffee. I ordered a cappuccino with almond milk and it just smells bad. And it tastes even worse. On top of that, $5 seems super expensive to me and they give me this coffee in such a tiny glass. Publix coffee is better!
