Customer service isn’t just poor, they’re downright rude to you. Food is mediocre at best, and about double the price of any normal restaurant. I have no idea how they are still in business other than people simply being absolutely desperate for quick food. Even tho the food is terrible, you’re paying an absurd amount, and the staff is awful.

These guys suck. More overpriced than regular airport food already is and the employees were rude to multiple people around me in the five minutes I was there

Pretty good coffee, amazing for an airport. Very comfortable couch seats is a huge bonus too.

The panini $17 was warmed up in a microwave and was like a wet noodle . Salad everything on it wet.
The croissant $6.50 was small and like rubber . They warm up food next to garage disposal.

If you sit down and attempt to eat food that isn't from them they will literally try to kick you out of their dining area. Will not ever give them my business

Food quality seems to be going down a notch but still yummy. Wish breakfast was offered other than weekends! I miss it.

I was happy I saw vegan options

I got a falafel wrap , but I was so surprised then the employees told me it’s company policy that the cold sandwiches can’t be heated

That’s crazy

I understand they are cold to preserve but when has anyone ate falafel cold

Please allow in the future for certain sandwiches to be heated

It costs nothing!!!
Especially when y’all already have certain sandwiches that y’all do heat

Horrible policy

Also while eating I just found a chicken part on my tabule whaaaat?

Another disappointing order through Goldbelly…I ordered a German Chocolate Cake from Icebox Cafe through Goldbelly, and unfortunately, the cake I received did not resemble the one shown on the website. I’ve attached photos for comparison. The quality and presentation were disappointing, as the actual product differed noticeably from what was advertised. I appreciate the convenience and concept of Goldbelly, but in this case, the experience did not meet expectations. I hope the company reviews this issue to ensure future accuracy in product representations.”

Your workers are rude we have been at the airport for 2 days 2 flights canceled on day 2 we are exhausted to say the least we had gotten some food thought there was places to sit and eat there wasn't we seen your place of business fairy empty so we sat to eat then one of Your workers came told us we could not sit there because we didn't buy food from there so we left so sometimes its as easy as asking a question rather then being rude.

⭐ 1-Star Review: A Cake Catastrophe from Icebox Cafe

Icebox Cafe Miami, I wanted to be wowed. Instead, I was left wondering if this was a prank.

Let’s start with the packaging, or lack thereof. The cake was shipped in a flimsy, oversized box with no internal support, no cake ring, and the whole thing was wrapped in plastic wrap—yes, like something you’d pick up in the freezer section at your local grocery store. Not exactly the elegant, specialty presentation one expects from a bakery of your reputation.

To make matters worse, the cake arrived after 10 PM and clearly had a rough journey—it was delivered on its side, completely smooshed. A sad, sideways, squashed mess. This wasn’t a cake; it was a crime scene.

Now… let’s talk taste. Or lack thereof.

The cheesecake layer was SOUR. And not in a tangy, New York-style kind of way—in a “something’s gone wrong” kind of way. The entire thing was barely touched. Not a single guest went back for seconds. In fact, most spit it out. That’s how bad it was.

I had such high hopes for this to be a showstopper dessert. Instead, it became the punchline of the evening. For a premium price, I received a product that was poorly packaged, questionably fresh, and genuinely inedible.

Icebox Cafe, I’ve seen you featured in articles, praised by foodies, and tagged in dreamy Instagram photos. Unfortunately, what showed up at my door was a total disaster—both in form and flavor.

Crappy frozen pizza and the awful staff are incredibly rude. Yelled at me for sitting in a chair after I finished my pizza. The worst of the worst for captive travelers that embodies the decline of airline travel.

Quick service, nice cashier. Had a chai and blue muffin and both tasted really good, everything looked very clean and put together. Total for both were 9 dollars
