Icebox Cafe

If there were an option for 0 stars I would’ve chosen it. My trip to ice box cafe was awful, first my sister and I walked up and the worker was on a phone call talking to her friend and didn’t acknowledge us at all, then she rang up our food and told us our total and my sister asked if she could order something else and she looked at her and in a sarcastic tone said “ummm yeah” as if we would know because she hadn’t said anything to us the whole time we were standing there waiting for her to ring our food up. On top of that, the food was awful. The breakfast sandwich was cold and rubbery, the egg was disgusting and it just wasn’t edible. 0/5

Went this morning after a flight delay, said goodmorning and heard no response as the employee was on a phone call. She continued to talk on the phone yet became irritated when we didn’t know she was speaking to us, even though she was having another full conversation through airpods. She said the total while I was still ordering and when I asked if I could add a few more items, she laughed in my face and was so rude. She microwaved my sandwich which was cold still. So glad I spent $35 and my time at a cafe with cold food and terrible customer service.

This is such a cute cafe with friendly staff! This will be my go to cafe when traveling at the Miami Dade Airport!

Boiled eggs tasted like they were old even though the sate said 12/14. Condensation in the caontainers tells me they do not keep their refrigerator at proper temperature and the packaging of their boiled evgs is sub par Staff tried to charge me the gagoradr price for bottled water...$7. When i said something the attendent was indignant and sighed as she saw the mistake i brought her attention to on the screen.

I came to this place and it was really pricey. I got a pizza with a drink and the pizza was really good. And the reason i am giving all 5 stars is because Pamela did a great job and was very kind! Thank u.

The employee kicked me out of the place! He threatened to call security. He humiliated me in front of all the customers present. You can see it on the cameras. Incredible that this happens. I was shocked by so much humiliation.
