Overall good experience. Food was great. Though everything felt like it was on the sweeter side. Even the rice. Service was wonderful. Weird thing was the loud opera English music. Didn’t seem to fit the theme very well and made it really strange.
I was misled by the reviews and high ratings on Google Maps and Yelp, and I deeply regret it. The beautiful photos don’t reflect reality at all—this place is horribly dirty and neglected. There are boxes on the bar counter, a scooter lying where the hostess should be, and dead flowers at the entrance. All of this should have been a red flag, but I thought maybe the food was so good it would make up for the bad first impression. But no, the food was unimpressive, and I felt like the place lacked basic hygiene. It was unpleasant to drink from their glasses, and the plates had chipped edges. The waitresses were polite—that was the only positive thing. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place.
