Food was decent—spring rolls and shrimp gyoza were solid (7/10), shrimp fried rice was our favorite (8/10), while the ramen and chicken katsu were just okay. The real standout was our server, Aleska—super friendly and made the experience much better. Food came out really fast too!

Let me just say—this shrimp fried rice is next level. The rice is perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of wok-char, giving it that slightly smoky flavor that hits different. The shrimp? Juicy, tender, and not overcooked (thank God). They don’t skimp either—you actually get a good amount in every bite.

Ichimi is a hidden gem in Midtown! The ramen is rich and flavorful, the sushi is super fresh, and the vibe is chill but stylish. Great service, quick kitchen, and perfect for a casual date night or catching up with friends. Highly recommend the spicy tonkotsu!
