I recently ordered from Ichimi and it did not disappoint. The Spicy Miso Pork Ramen was bold, balanced, and packed with flavor the broth was rich, the noodles springy, and that hanjuku egg hit all the right notes. My order came hot, fresh, and impressively fast Uber Eats shows they take delivery quality seriously.
Ichimi offers tons of variety whether you’re craving a hearty meat bowl or something veggie-forward, they’ve got options. The only time I ran into an issue...

Food was decent—spring rolls and shrimp gyoza were solid (7/10), shrimp fried rice was our favorite (8/10), while the ramen and chicken katsu were just okay. The real standout was our server, Aleska—super friendly and made the experience much better. Food came out really fast too!

Let me just say—this shrimp fried rice is next level. The rice is perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of wok-char, giving it that slightly smoky flavor that hits different. The shrimp? Juicy, tender, and not overcooked (thank God). They don’t skimp either—you actually get a good amount in every bite.
