2 months ago I had a major health scare that motivated me to put me on the path to change myself. With regular exercise and sticking to a full Keto diet of Ideal Nutrition meals I have now lost 50 pounds in those 2 months.
Honestly though the time it takes to research and prep my own meals and constantly cook them is why I have never succeeded like this before.
Being able to go downstairs and just quickly grab the meals I need (all organized and labeled by diet, paleo, keto, vegetarian etc) made that last step to make the leap to a healthier and longer life so much easier.
