We were the only customers in the place and it took 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The kids eggs were burnt and the toast came out way after the food. The waiter was great but the kitchen has alot to be helpful for.

I came here to have dinner. My Mom ordered the Big Steak Omelette and it was all fine, I ordered the Strawberry Banana Pancakes. When I cut one of the pancakes it was raw, There was batter inside of the pancake. I retuned it back to the kitchen and then the second time they brought the pancakes, one of the pancakes was raw again. Both times i got the Strawberry Banana Pancakes they were raw. I do not recommend this Ihop. We were giving this Ihop another chance but the previous time we came we left the place after ordering bc they didn’t have any crepes.
Very good service, Javier's attention was excellent and my son was very happy with his menu and the detail of the drawing. I recommend it to go with family, good location and quiet area 👍

Was always treated well here until mind October, made a take out order and my tip amount was adjusted to over 60% the meal price. That Saturday contacted the manager who confirmed the mistake and had contact with him multiple weeks with no resolution.
The food is good but I recommend paying with cash.

THANK GOD FOR MARYJANE! If it weren't for Maryjane, my "review" would be a call to corporate. Maryjane was running the show despite her not being the manager. The restaurant didn't appear to be understaffed, just staffed with some of the wrong people, including the actual manager. We walked in, and there was no host at the front. Okay, fine. But we noticed a man sitting with his back to us at a desk in an office located immediately behind the host counter. He never once budged or bothered to see that we were there. We said to ourselves, "That better be security and not the manager because he is ignoring the heck out of us." Turns out he was the manager. Not only that, but when your serving team has to tell you to get out of the office and onto the dining room floor, that's a problem! Maryjane made sure the manager did his job, and she made sure guests were taken care of. I won't go into detail about our food experience (including 2 hairs on my plate from the cook's head), but let me just say LONG LIVE MARYJANE!! The kitchen team was so bad, Maryjane took it upon herself to make us new food!! My girl! Maryjane was professional, level-headed, took control, gave spectacular service, and despite the chaos and the hairs on my plate, she kept a kind and genuine smile on her face. Give this woman a raise and a promotion! Protect her at all costs! I GUARANTEE that poor 3.5-star review will quickly become 4.5-stars or better if you put Maryjane in charge!!

This is my first comment that I have made in any type of restaurant, I have never had such bad service as in this place, my family and I decided to go to breakfast for my birthday at this restaurant, we have been ihope customers for years but this is the first and last time that I set foot in this place in this location. The waitress who served us in a very bad way when it came to bringing the food brought me an omelet with spinach and a rotten avocado, which I told her that the avocado was in bad condition and what she responded to me was 'that all the avocados They were just as rotten, my husband and I paid the bill and left. The food was really bad but I will never set foot in that unpleasant place again.
