Racist. Discrimination. Second we came in treated us like trash. Plus telling us ahead ordering the food that food will arrive 1 hour or more late since lack of cooks. Interesting thing the customers behind us were getting best attention and never told what they told us. Disgusting servers. Never ever will go back. Guess our money is not good enough for them.

My friend and I sat here for 10 minutes before anyone came over to offer drinks.Another 5 minutes and we get coffee and water. We ordered food and waited another 15 minutes. Everything was cold to the touch. Missing pancakes, home fries and a side of bacon. We finished all the food and she brings the missing items after the fact.Icing on the cake, we pay the bill and she comes running out accusing us of not paying.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service was terrible. We were seated immediately. However, after waiting almost 30 minutes, and not being served, we walked out. We will NEVER go there again. It was totally unacceptable.

It is hard to have a good, reliable rating because of staff personnel. The previous server was excellent. The last one, I had to constantly look for the server. Many years ago, I was a server, and I know how busy they can be. At midnight, I was the only one. Soda ran out of syrup on multiple selections. Had to hunt down for the server to get my bill and to go box.

If i could ill give this place a 0 star this is the by far the worst ihop i have ever been to food was ok the place smelled funky and the service was really bad when we got there it was empty we asked for our drinks and later food the restaurant started to get packed and everyone was served but not us we asked about our food and then the waiter brought it out when the food came out it was cold the waiter never asked if we wanted any refills or anything i had to call her to ask for salsa but we did get our check pretty fast without asking for it.
