Hello, I came today with my grandmother who is 98 years old and I asked her for hot milk and she told me that they couldn't heat the milk because of the ihop policy, the service is terrible in this town

I just want to say I have returned to IHOP after a not so great experience!! I placed an Order with Sam! And he was very gracious getting my order and same when I picked up the order he made sure I had what I needed! He had me sit for a few minutes while he checked on my order and was very pleasantly please at his disposition and I watched him attending other patrons!! We was on top of everything! The place seems to be running better in General. Because of him will be returning to IHop ! ??

Food was quick. Server did an amazing job of attending us. but the food had no flavor. Fries were super greasy
Stay away. The food here is sooo bad. Even a vanilla shake was bad. Everything tasted freezer burned. I was literally their first customer in the 90s. The last 2 times I have been, it was awful. Our waitress was sweet but completely incompetent. It's only awful post pandemic but pick any other IHOP for now or the next few years. Only the pancakes are good. My boys left 90% their bacon. I mean even the bacon was bad! Didn't know about bad bacon before but you can find it at this location.
