We had a great experience at IHOP on SW147 ave. We had not been there in a few years and hubs wanted a BLT sandwich so headed there which is close to home. BLT was good, fries hot and tomato soup was really good! It was very cold when we arrived and Mauricio, our greeter and server, made sure to make it comfortable for me. He was awesome, friendly and attentive. Our food came out hot and he made sure we weren’t missing anything. We will visit again. Thanks, Mauricio!!

If you’re going to this place please check your table twice, my daughter left her book pack with money and other belongings in it and the manager didn’t want to help to find it, she didn’t want to check the cameras because they were the ones who grabbed it, she didn’t care and didn’t have empathy, it was a gift she received the day before for her birthday, it’s unbelievable how 3 minutes after they hide it. Because the other people who sat on the table didn’t have anything I personally checked, so it was the staff who grabbed it

She went out of her way to be helpful, and I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout our visit. Massiel made us feel comfortable and taken care of — her kindness truly stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Massiel, for such great service!
Food was phenomenal. Made fresh. Their refresher drinks were definitely to get. My only little complaint is that one of the tables are beneath a A/C vent that leaks water and drips down.
