I was actually really surprised at how nice this iHop was compared to several I’ve been to in the last 5 years or so. It was modern, well lit, plenty of booths and the food? So good! Lots of options and all of it fresh, hot and delicious. I had a Belgian waffle with bacon and my son had an omelet and blueberry pancakes. The coffee was hot and really good. Our server was friendly and accurate and our meal was paced well including the payment pickup! Nice IHOP - will definitely go to this location again. Really a step up from Dennys.

I’ve been dining here since the mid 90s. Great food, excellent service. Love the music. One constructive criticism: they put the wrong pepper in its dispenser. The dispenser is for ground black pepper. It means the black pepper is TOO THICK for the perforations on its top, necessitating the removal in order to pull the pepper out! So I bring my own ground pepper dispenser. Most of the time they forget the napkins, causing me to ask for napkins LOL!!

Terrible service, your manager Maria Jose has a terrible attitude with clients. I hope that for the next visit she has learned to behave with clients or they have replaced her, it gives the place a very bad image.

The manager of this Ihop, María José, was very rude and disrespectful. It was free Panckake day and I ordered two, I ate one at Ihop and they offered me the other one, the manager asked me rudely and offended the waiter for offering it when he nor I knew it couldn't be done. He raised his voice at me, he didn't let me speak and I even asked him to leave but he didn't and instead he continued to swear at me in front of two minors. Ihop when you hire managers make sure he knows how to take care of customers and employees.

Our server Sam was phenomenal he was very welcoming and very nice. The food was amazing and for the price, 10/10 will recommend again. HOWEVER Maria Jose was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She approached our table because we hit a vape and told us to not do that anymore which we all apologized and say no problem. She was giving nasty looks and kept repeating “you should know this”(walking back and fourth from our table) “you don’t do that no no no” I told her “ma’am we understand you came and let us know we won’t anymore thank you”. And she continued to give us all disrespect and attitude. So unprofessional and to top it all she’s the OWNER trying to argue with customers that are half her age giving money to her business. The purpose for this is to learn to treat others how you want to be treated. It’s not hard to be nice and respectful especially if you’re running a business. That negativity was so uncalled for and an embarrassment overall, I was trying to enjoy my last day with my friends and we all encountered a wave of negativity.

Went to this I hop cause seen in all T .V networks and everywhere that kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal .Come to find out or better yet LIED to that this buissness is a Franchise and they don't offer this promotion.Place is a desert .The tables were full of food from previous past guest that ate and left a while ago and they didnt pick up or clean yet .They get the perks from franchisingwith I hop,but when it comes to offer customer what I HOP advertise they're franchise.I HOP THIS PLACE IS GIVING A TERRIBLE STAIN ON YOUR REPUTATION. I BELIEVE ITS TIME TO PULL THE PLUG ON THIS PARTICULAR FRANCHISE.There is nothing of the I hop experience in this establishment .Sad No more I hop
