It was horrible food, I had a chicken biscuit and it tasted old, the bread broke apart and meat fried hard and hash browns taste spoiled,gravy cold, only fries were hot. Online says come with choice of pancakes & fruits, was not offered theses choices, just fries and whole hash brown. Everything about my visit was 🤮🤢will never recommend this restaurant.

I ordered pancakes with eggs, hash brown and bacon and I wasn’t too happy that both the pancakes and the hash brown were burnt. And my food arrived cold after being bright to me 30 minutes

Long post! If you go just know if your with Naomi your in good hands I can’t say about the others. Naomi was such a patient server and very sweet and that is the only reason I am adding stars. Luckily we are also patient and not aggressive because she doesn’t deserve to get mistreated. This message is for whoever is the manager you need to have a better staff in the kitchen I understand it gets busy and if you view my profile I have went to many I HOP’s this was by far the worst experience besides the one that gave me caffeinated coffee when I said no caffeine in New York. We were there for an hour in a half before we even got our food and when I went to eat my French Toast with strawberries and bananas it’s was cold. I was so hungry at this point I just wanted to have it microwaved but Naomi wanted to have it done over because she felt bad we waited so long and unfortunately I heard when the staff in the kitchen was yelling at her like if it was her fault when yet I heard her trying to explain she couldn’t even find the French Toast at first and probably that’s why it got cold. Well after yelling at her and having her and us wait 15 minutes later she comes back to apologize that they were not done yet, would I like it to go and I said no thank you because at this point we have been at a location for two hours and didn’t want to lose more time with such a beautiful day.
This is a facility that everyone likes to go to just because it’s IHOP but that doesn’t mean that customers should be treated like they are going to come either way. Honestly there are many location and a drive is not an issue but that would be a shame especially having a great server like Naomi. Naomi deserves to work at a location that is a safe space and not feel like it’s her fault when it’s not.
Management do better!!!!! Give more training to your staff. On a weekend have schedule based on staff not what you make so people want to come back not have a horrible first experience.

Great experience. I go with my wife often. I must say it was " over the top " from when we got their , the manager greeted us and it just got better . The hostess sat us promptly . Our server was extra special and friendly, the food was exquisite, gourmet. Gordon Ramsey would have loved it. And the Manager coming by was great. Overall wonderful dining experience. Definately going more often. A+,

I have to tell you about the five star service, Ms Nova my ticket says (Shanova) excellent customer service, especially handling a 70th bday party near us and I thank you. The food, the chocolate pancake was small and not normal size but he ate it, and the atmosphere was nice a day after Christmas pleasant.

Came to enjoy an afternoon at IHOP. Instead I was met with questions as to why I asked for a new plate of food. Onion rings were drench in oil and crust falling off the onion and the roasted turkey sandwich bread was falling apart could not hold it together. Instead of apologizing and rushing to make me a new one I had to go back and forth with a manager as to why I was not happy with it. I have lost my appetite to say the least. Will not be back.
