Very dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant.

We were seated right away ...however the waitress decided that she could not be bothered with serving a table of 6 black women ..it suited her better to serve Two Tables of white folks that were seated AFTER us.
When we beckoned to her she waived us off ..the young lady at the front desk had to come and take our order. It was at that point our waitress thought it was time to come over and stand along side the young lady while she took our order...

Well my money was just as green but I won't be back there anytime soon.

This place always takes forever regardless if you’re eating in or taking out. The food is substandard when compared to other ihop locations. I am only eating here due to proximity & wish I would’ve went to another location again. About every 6 months or so I forget that I hate this location & come back, but I end up regretting it every time.

It took nearly an hour to receive food. Placed order at 11:47 and received food at 12:38… I was waiting in their lobby for 25-30 min. The food was lukewarm upon receiving it. This isn’t the first time this happened where it took forever & it was barely warm when receiving it. The cheese on the omelet was not melted. There was a good amount of grill char in my hash browns as well.

There are other Miami ihop locations that do much better, so why is this store which is relatively new compared to others so bad in performance?

Arrived for lunch, hungry and ready to eat. Waitress began by spending more time talking about her personal life than taking our order. This resulted in her coming back 7 minutes after we ordered to ask what I ordered again. When she brought the drinks we asked for straws which we never got. We also requested ketchup which was never provided.

After a 30 minute wait and finally asking where our food was another waitress informed us our current waitress was really fighting for us to get our food. When the food finally did arrive they brought the wrong order of eggs for my wife, a runny mess as opposed to her scrambled eggs. Once we sent that back to get our correct order to try to appease our frustration they brought us our pancakes. But once again they brought the wrong order.

My wife had ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they brought her plain like my own. Once again we pointed out the mistake. A different waitress rushed back and brought us different pancakes that were still that wrong order. At least chocolate chip now but covered in whip cream and chocolate sauce that my wife never asked for or wanted.

Nearly ending the end of our rope approaching 45 minutes with no food and multiple incorrect dishes served they brought my wife's main dish back with the eggs cooked how she'd requested. However in bringing it they had just flipped the hashbrowns from earlier on her plate onto this new plate upside down revealing the completely burned bottom. At that point we just gave up got the manager and explained how we'd been served/treated and left.

An hour of our life wasted, complete ineptness and a lack of service. Only positive part of the experience is we didn't have to pay for all the wrong food we were served.

It'll be along time before we return to any iHop and would never return here and recommend avoiding it at all costs.

Terrible service!! 1 hour to wait for a pancake to go, they didn't serve me until I went to look for a waiter, and then to deliver the order I had to do the same! Lousy! I have never had an experience like this in a restaurant... there is no staff... it actually undermines the brand a lot.

After paying my check my friend was paying for hers and asked me what I tipped because the service was not very good. Rudely interrupting the server Adrian goes “ she barely tipped” pointing at me. I responded with “ I’m sorry I barely have money as it is.” He responds with “ neither do I which is why i’m working”. And then continues on and makes petty remarks in front of everyone around us. Very aggressive, unprofessional, rude, and I can’t even begin to say how dissatisfied I am with the experience of this server. Do better.

Too long for delivery

We were a party of 7 adults coming from a symphony performance at FIU. The hostess was very rude and ignored us. She seated us and proceeded to take drink orders from 2 tables that were seated well after us. We will never go there again. It was her loss since we tip 22% on average.

“Terrible Experience at IHOP – Avoid!”

I recently visited this IHOP, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First, they served my food completely undercooked – it was practically raw! I was hoping for a hearty meal, but instead, I ended up feeling sick soon after. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. The restaurant was understaffed, and it was clear they need to hire more people to keep up with customer demand. I had to wait ages just to get a server’s attention for basic things like water and condiments. Overall, this IHOP needs a major overhaul in both food quality and customer service.
