I regret to inform you that my recent experience at IHOP was highly disappointing. The lack of customer service was astonishing; they did not greet us and we had to keep asking where the food was. You have one employee outside on the phone, one sitting down texting, the manager talking with 3 other people. Only one waiter refilling table items and cleaning.Not only that, but my order was completely wrong (eggs Benedict). To top it off, the state of the bathrooms was appalling, with filth and grime everywhere. Overall, I would not recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Was there last Sunday for the first time, and had the worst experience , staff looks like they were in slow motion, the person taking our orders was rude and obviously had some type of identity complex and was trying to find a problem where there was none. We got our drinks and after about an hour, and seeing other costumers complaining and leaving the place, we decided to do the same one hour of waiting for our food !!!!!! Stay away from this place !!!!!
We showed up right after another couple. After the couple got a table, the server came to us and said they were not seating people ?. After explaining that the couple in front of us just got a table in the empty restaurant, they did not budge. As we left, there was a roach in the sitting area so I guess we dodged a bullet! Steer clear!

I'd have rated it higher but the service was very mediocre and cold, and the food was okay, not spectacular not great. The waitress, of course, asked me if I wanted extras without telling me that would increase (significantly) the final price. Furthermore/hence, it was the most expensive breakfast of my life.
