“Love to have breakfast here! Staff is so friendly and service is great!
Our server today was Mary! She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome! Food was served promptly! Mary came to check in a few times making sure we didn't need anything else!“
“Kius gave us one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had! She was so sweet, attentive, and friendly from the moment we sat down. She made sure we always had everything we needed and checked on us throughout our meal. Her amazing attitude and great service really stood out and made our visit so much better. Thank you, Kius! We can’t wait to come back!“
“Drihanna is great! She knew the menu inside and out, didn’t have to write anything down, and got every detail of our order absolutely right. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Truly an excellent experience!“
“So hubby and I decided to go out to IHop for breakfast on Sunday. We wanted some pancakes and to our surprise the place was actually not busy at all at 11:30am. Now I must say that the IHOP in Cutler Bay is not the best but it was close to our destination. I'm not really a fan of many of the breakfast items but I do like the pancakes. The waiter Iaisha was very pleasant and attentive to orders. She came frequently to check in on us as well.“
“The food service was quick, seating didn’t take long even at peak hours. Alejandro Delacruz was incredible, sat me quickly, and made sure my cup was filled. No complaints about the morning. Shout out to Alejandro once again, IHOP needs an Alejandro at every facility.“
“My waiter Mario was great, I didn’t have to ask for anything, very professional and clean. Definitely the best ihop I’ve been too thank you to my waiter Mario and the rest of the team. Even the manager came to make sure everything was good“
“Honestly I haven’t gone to IHOP in years, just cause of the lack of service.
Today my family decided to have some breakfast after an hour long cardio at tropical park so we went to IHOP which was close by.
All I will say is I will be a returning customer and asking for Leahndel every time!“
