This restaurant was friendly , food was good , I went for breakfast and it didn’t disappoint .The menu is creative and fun and it’s Black owned restaurant . The drinks are a bit sweet but I’m going back ! The music was at a comfortable level .Service going be elevated with just being friendly and a little training HOWEVER , I tipped generously and will be going back.I had the shrimp and grits … umm ummm good

Yuck!!!! Visited here for $10 spaghetti special. 3 people in the entire "resturant" eating. Spaghetti was burnt, not cheesy at all or flavorful, string beans was gross and tasted like 9 day old garbage at the dumpster bin, 2 dinner rolls were hard as rocks. Lol nobody in my group liked anything in the meal, thrown away and forgotten about ewwww. Less than 10 minute wait could have gone into making some edible food. @owners you'll need to reevaluate some things because yall lost out on loyal customers and my group lost out on some good food. P.s. didn't take pics of food because I dumped mines in the garbage disposal where it belonged.

I’m front outta town and I visited this restaurant just for the oxtails and grits. It was good. I wanted to try something else too so I got the chicken. The chicken was too salty so I didn’t eat it all. I wanted to try some sides as well but they only serve breakfast on Mondays. The cashier was nice.

Ordered the croquettes and grits and eggs. Asked the cashier if the eggs were shell or liquid. She said shell, the plate has running yellow liquid eggs from the carton or something. Wet wet wet... The croquettes had the skin from the onions mixed in it. I took a picture of it. Food is a bit seasoned . I don't normally gripe about food. But we have to be a bit clear an careful when it comes to the kitchen and feeding the souls of others. Choking or swallowing onion skin not cool. Nor the liquid eggs. Honest is best.

The food was great but very slow service. The shrimp and grits was good. Very thick and creamy. Collards were really good. Fruity pebbles waffle was good for it's purpose. Nothing super special.

The food was good and I mean seasoned down to the bone honey. I got the oxtails, macaroni and cheese and the greens. Listen here honey, those oxtails fall right off the bone, the macaroni is perfectly layered with cheese and seasoned, the greens so tender and juicy baby. 10/10 highly recommend.
