I went for a special private dinner and will definitely come back. Chef Vito was amazing and can see he has a true talent and love for food! He was very attentive and made us feel like we were home. Everything we tried was exquisite, I wont make note of items since I do not know what is on the regular menu versus special occasions. The wine was great, the burrata was delicious and the dough on all the pizzas was the perfect thickness. All the ingredients used were top quality. Especially loved the pistachio pizza dessert, delicious if you love pistachio you must try this.

Vito is an amazing host and chef. He really transformed the space into his own kitchen. You feel like you are at a friend’s place. The food was amazing from the appetizer to the dessert. He focuses on local ingredients and you know how much thought he put into each dish. I wish I could have the hazelnut calzone right now. Can’t wait to go back with more friends and try the rotating menu!!

Il Maestro never dissapoints!! I always go to their pop ups and I recently hired them for my birthday party. They were early, set up shop very quickly and made, I would calculate, more than 60 pizzas for the guests. The guests could not get enough of them. I 100% recommend them for catering of any event, having the pizzas made right there really makes the difference. The ingredients are excellent quality too. I would give them 6 starts if I could!
