I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Angela today, and I can honestly say she turned an already fantastic meal into something even more truly special. Not only was the service attentive, friendly, and genuine from start to finish, but she went above and beyond in such a heartfelt way—writing me the sweetest note wishing me luck as I start my new job. This small act of thoughtfulness meant so much to me, and it’s a moment I’ll always remember.
If you’re lucky enough to have Angela as your server, prepare to leave not only with a full stomach, but also a full heart. 💛

Fantastic night at the Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove! Glenfiddich 14 in a glencairn at Isabelle's, can't get much better! Vanilla, caramel, ripe red fruit, baking spices, Heath bar for miles! Had Dylan as a server. He is absolutely fantastic! Cheers all! Have a wonderful weekend

Elevated Garden Brunch Soirée for Mother’s Day 2025. This was our first time at Isabelle’s Grill Room & Garden at the Grove. The atmosphere was lovely, the details- immaculate. The quality of the food for brunch? Sub par. I spent about $675 (including tax + tip) to have brunch here for Mother’s Day with my sister and mom- this price included the buffet + unlimited mimosas or Bellinis. My sister is under the age of 21 but I paid full price. While the omelette station was wonderful, I feel the seafood station could have been better. I don’t like the quality very much. The experience itself was wonderful and I’m glad we came here. Having Fleur De Marsca was a nice little touch. Live DJ was playing music- the vibes were perfect for a Sunday. I wouldn’t go again for a buffet style brunch, but maybe I’d try the regular brunch menu.

Worst mother's day brunch ever, not usual frin a RC hotel.
I am very sad to report that Isabelle's almost ruined my Mother's Day today. I made a reservation for 10:30 AM- as expected, since Mother's Day one cannot just walk in and expect to find a table - however once O arrive, the hostess said that the restaurant and garden were closed/ full and I was directed to a table in the hotel lobby, not on the garden nor inside the restaurant. I would be ok with that, if I have been told when I made the reservation, so I could choose. However, the lobby table was a coffee table. It seems that they were expecting me to have my Mother's Day eating, or better, bringing over a coffee table, in a very uncomfortable way. I decided to leave, and end up struggling to find a place to eat. Needless to say that was very disappointing and bit how I would like to have a mothers day celebration. Very very sad!
We did our daughters 16th bday brunch here. It’s was sooooo good. Eva was our bartender and server. Davnette was the hostess. What a great team!! They were super accommodating! Food was amazing. Service was impeccable. We will be back for her 17th!!

We went for a birthday brunch today 4/13. It was 8 of us. Our server Tenesia was GREAT! Yet I am giving them a 1 star due to the fact that their website states $22 for bottomless mimosas/bilinis. Yet we were charged $39 for each bottomless. When we spoke to the Mgr VS. She stated that they were working with a 3rd party/ attorneys to update the website. Didn’t even give us a discount. It’s not the consumers fault that the website is not updated.

Understaffed. Bartender was the only one working the restaurant. He was friendly but, had people at the bar to take care of along with other patrons. I would choose to go out elsewhere then eat at the hotel.

Restaurantji Recommends
Came to the restaurant after checking into the hotel and a long 7 hour flight.
Came to the front and nobody bothered to greet me. Waited for a few minutes while a gentleman was on the phone. No eye contact or acknowledgment. Did not feel welcome at all.
Saw a colleague of mine and said hi. Came back a couple of minutes later. Waited again. Zero acknowledgement.
Honestly for an upscale hotel, and flagship restaurant, I expected a higher level of service.
I left immediately and walked over to a different restaurant and had the complete opposite experience.
My advice? Be mindful of your guests. Ensure they are greeted/acknowledged at the very minimum. I completely understand that people can be busy. However the restaurant did not look busy at all.
I run a very popular food blog on my social platforms and it’s really too bad I can’t recommend this place. Extremely disappointed.

We waited 30 minutes for a simple plate of "French toast" and received cold eggs and the restaurant had only 3 tables occupied, really disappointing.

Isabelle's is in the Ritz Carlton. Is very comfortable inside and outside. They do have a round corner booth that is great for a small group. Bar is well set up, no television, though.
