Most disgusting customer service ever. I just ordered some food from this restaurant to go. Miss Jenny B has the nerve to throw the food in front of me telling me that “you do it” after I told her that I ordered to go. I asked for the manager and she told me the manager is not there. I took the food that I paid $30 dollars for, walked away and throw it in the trash at my work station because I didn’t want to make a scene.

Horrible food quality and overpriced - rice was completely uncooked and the sweet plantain was overripe and smelling. MIA needs to have better restaurant options and better quality food for the price it is charging customers!

Got the Caribbean chicken bowl, which is consisted of a plain chicken breast patty. Iceberg lettuce, rice and mango salsa. Shouldn’t be labeled as Caribbean, just grilled chicken with very little seasoning

Thought I’d go here instead of Burger King Fire more flavor. Bad mistake. Cuban sandwich thrown into a plastic bowl with plantain chips that are nearly inedible. Took forever even though there was only one other customer. What is up there Miami airport? The food here is horrible. Oh and expensive. Avoid.

Paid over $20 for the smallest bowl of life and it was the most basic mid tasting bowl I have had
Smallest portion of lunch I think I’ve ever seen at a restaurant bar none. $23 for a pork bowl with guacamole with hardly anything in it.
