Absolutely shit and ridiculously expensive
Gabriela is super nice!
Only one server / cashier, had to wait a while to order. The Cuban sandwich was the worse ever ( I am Cuban, they should be ashamed to charge $19.50 with the amount of pork they put in the sandwich, avoid if you can. Never again.
charming people
It is a food court, so you can't ask for much, but the service is terrible, the cashier is not friendly, the food is nothing out of this world, in short, I would not go back, especially because of the poor service of the employees.

Worst food spot in the miami airport. Do NOT eat here. Everything was tasteless, expensive and needed salt.
Portion was tiny for $18 (even for an airport restaurant), including just a few bites of extremely dry chicken. The chicken, though advertised as "Caribbean" was flavorless and dry. Staff was aloof.

There were not the dishes that were advertised, there was no coffee and the chiken sandwich was terrible. A piece of dry breast with cold, dry bread. I don't recommend it

The chicken sandwich was just acceptable. The bun is listed as brioche. Mine was toasted and stale and pretty normal white bread. The melted cheese on the chicken had sat a while. The chicken wasn’t spiced or notable for “island” seasoning. I left wishing I had just gotten Burger King. Also, the Cuban sandwich is premade and could not have the pickles removed.

Ordered a make your own chicken wrap for $18 and it turned out be ice cold inside. I thought it was going to be warm because all the wraps I’ve ordered in my life were heated up. When I asked if it can be heated up they just said no and that “the wraps are cold here”. $18 for ice cold wrap is ridiculous. Worst wrap I’ve ever had in my life.
What was also upsetting was that before ordering, me and bunch of people were lining up on the wrong side on the counter and didn’t realize until a line started on the opposite side. When I asked the cashier lady what side the line started she said it was in fact the opposite side. Basically she saw a bunch of people lining up in front of her on the wrong side and didn’t bother to tell us.
Please avoid at all costs!! Poor service, expensive and bad food!!

The food was terrible, especially the steak, which tasted old and unappetizing. Everything lacked flavor, making it hard to enjoy any of the dishes. In the end, I even had to throw most of my meal away. It's disappointing very cheap airport food not worth the price.

$17 for breakfast sandwich which took 20 minutes to make and I was the only customer. It was awful. The guy in the kitchen that you can easily see cooking, thinks he’s Wolfgang Puck, and’s he’s not. Horrible experience.
