⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by Island Chicken Grill while passing through MIA and had such a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — a real taste of the Caribbean right in the airport. What truly made my visit special was Dagnay’s amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find that level of care and hospitality at an airport restaurant.

This place is really good! I did not have the same experience as other people reviewing.
Service was good! Waitress wasn’t in a great mood but she was very competent so I can’t really complain.
Food was great! I’m very picky and I really liked the food (I got the friend chicken basket).
Other person got a cob salad and they really liked it too!
If you’re at the airport I definitely recommend this place!

My biggest complaint with this place was the sneaky way in which they automatically add gratuity. I was a party of 1 who had to wave down a waiter to take my order even though the place wasn’t busy, overall service was very subpar but I wouldn’t ever not tip despite how ridiculous tipping culture has become. Prime example here, I went to tip the waiter and luckily read the fine print at the bottom realizing that a “suggested” tip has already been added. It’s not suggested if it’s there in the bill already with no option to remove it. I’m sure this place makes off well by customers not even realizing what’s been added already and doubling it on top of that. Pay your employees a living wage and don’t rip off your customers. Also cook your chicken a little longer it was pink inside.

The chicken sandwich was amazing! Crispy chicken strips on a potato bun with lettuce, tomato, and ranch. The potatoe wedges were very yummy too!
Service was friendly and quick. They missed our potatoe wedges at first but quickly brought them out when we said something.
I knocked 2 stars off for not listings the price of everything on the menu. No drink prices or add on prices. It was $3 for avocado and $1.5 for cheese as a reference for future dinners.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the same elevation as the terminal so no stairs. Tables have space for a wheelchair.
