I went bymyself on jan6 2026 at 3pm to eat at the restaurant I got there no one was at the entrance no host no waiter no one. There was like 3-4 tables occupied and after 4min waiting I finally saw a waitress and I asked her if I can sit outside she said say I was waiting for 10min to be taken care of she didn’t even brought the menu I saw her coming outside so I asked her nicely “Can I please have a menu” she answered very irritated and pissed “yeah sure” doing a gesture with her hands showing that she is bothered!!!! Whoever her name is she needs to be fired ! That’s not how u treat people

I visited this restaurant looking for authentic Italian food. We ordered the Casarecce alla Vodka and the Cotto e Funghi. The pasta was good, but nothing particularly special—especially considering the price and portion size. The pizza was also good, but not memorable. Maybe we didn’t choose the best dishes, but overall it didn’t impress me as much as I expected for the price and the place.

I stumbled upon an ad for Italica on Instagram while I was in Miami and immediately thought it looked like the perfect place to treat my hosts to brunch. The video was so inviting and really set high expectations! We arrived at Italica Midtown Miami on a Saturday at noon for brunch. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet at first, but it quickly filled up. Despite the growing crowd, the main dining room maintained a lovely, relaxed atmosphere—it never felt loud or chaotic. The food menu was fantastic, offering something for everyone. You could get anything from traditional breakfast dishes and scrambled eggs to more substantial options like seafood, pasta, steak, and even made-to-order pizza. My only hesitation was the price point. At $32 per person (before drinks), it felt a bit steep for the buffet, but I also understand that's the reality of pricing in Miami today. Despite the cost, the experience was wonderful. It was a pleasant and memorable meal, and I would definitely recommend Italica Midtown Miami for a relaxing brunch.

Great location. The attention was awesome, Luciana was very service oriented. The food was well preaented and the taste was very good. Nice music at a volume you can still talk.

I had high expectations for this brunch since I love Italian food. The place is beautiful and the service is excellent, from the moment you walk in until you leave, the staff is friendly and full of positive energy. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, I expected a variety of pastas and pizzas, but there was only one pasta (lobster ravioli, not great if you don’t eat seafood) and just two very basic pizzas: pepperoni and ham with cheese. The rest was cold cuts and a simple salad bar with only one type of lettuce.

We were 5 adults and 1 child, spent $387, and basically just ate deli meats. The only highlight was the bottomless Aperol spritz, which only 3 of us enjoyed.

On top of the standard 18% gratuity in Miami, they also add an extra 8% “hospitality fee.” When we asked, the waiter said it’s a chain policy.

I’m giving 2 stars for the great service, but with such little food variety for the price, I won’t be coming back.
