Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I just had an awesome lunch at It's Just Wings in Bayside Marketplace! The wings were packed with flavor and crispy perfection. The staff was super friendly, making the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to go back!

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Don’t order here unless you like gross soggy wings from CHILI’s

We ordered from Its Just Wings, we arrived to find that doesn’t exist. It’s actually Chili’s. Then they mess the order up. Do not go here!!

Horrible experience. Food was gross. Luke warm food, very much inedible. Bowl of beans with crumbled chips is $12 “soup”. Couldn’t get half the menu because they were repping for a big event later. No band. Rude about ordering dinner when we had a reservation…They rushed us out for a private event. Bad atmosphere overall. If you’re closed just be closed. Pretty annoyed about this one.

Christopher waited on us and we wanted for nothing, he was very attentive and quick. The Cuban, ropa vieja & lechon sandwiches were big! Nicely made, delicious. The empanada app & side of coconut rice were “wonderful” according to my husband & he doesn’t say that often! Bit pricey, but the servings large & location on bay worth it.

It was the second time we repeated this place. We love it! It is not cheap but offers a good quality. We tried the conchs, lechón sandwiches and ropa vieja. The waitress was excellent with the menu explanations.

NOT A REAL RESTAURANT ( GHOST KITCHEN) no wonder it SUCKS This has to be the poorest customer service experience I have ever had …how can you run a restaurant like this ???? Placed an order for pickup, I was waiting for 45mins then the manager said I should just cancel it on the app !!!why ? Cause he wanted me to be responsible for the cancellation not him

This place has a wonderful and relaxing ambiance with the coolest music. Brenda my waitress was delightfully sweet and lovely. She tended to me with care and attention. Her personality was sweet and calm. ?
