We discovered J&M Fusion Cuisine by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. The welcome is warm, with the owner, José, very friendly and welcoming, who immediately puts you at ease. You feel right at home.
The cuisine is authentic and refined, with homemade dishes that blend Ecuadorian, Mexican, and Asian flavors. The menu is varied, offering sushi, burgers, grilled dishes, as well as Honduran specialties, which we tried in both chicken and beef versions. To accompany the meal, we enjoyed delicious local drinks flavored with passion fruit and grenadine.
The service is fast and impeccable, with a special mention to Marbelly for her smile and professionalism. José prepares the dishes to order right before our eyes, guaranteeing impeccable freshness and quality.
A must-visit for a delicious and authentic culinary journey!
We will come back before our departure to Paris to try their sushi which we really wanted.

The food was good! But NOT the service!! When I arrived to order takeout, the woman who served me was apologizing for not being a good waitress with the ONLY table she had, she said it was busy!! I didn't understand why he said it, he only had 1 table!! The truth is I didn't pay attention at the time!! I ordered takeout and left while waiting for the time they indicated! When I returned for my food, I asked the woman in charge of my order, who attended to me, if she had included chopsticks and soy sauce (I bought sushi, I assumed they were included... but I still asked for a product that should be included when one buys sushi) the worst thing was that she answered yes to both things! When I got home to eat with my husband... I saw that we had NO chopsticks or soy sauce... it's one thing to be clueless and another to be blatantly stupid and not provide good service for not paying attention or not being interested in your work! The worst thing was that we left a good tip which didn't deserve anything since we had to go back, not only because of its insufficiency but also because I asked twice what my order required (chopsticks and soy)
