I’ve been buying food from this cafe for my 11 year old son for 4 months now. Sometimes it’s not delivered or something is missing. Whenever I try to get a refund I need to call them at least 10 times. Overpriced food and bad service, it’s very disappointing that schools are getting food from this restaurant.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! My 6 year old son didn’t have his lunch delivered at school (imagine that) and when I call to ask for explanation, I must call 7 times before I speak to someone (they either don’t answer or answer and hang up, how nice and professional…), who then puts me on hold for several minutes before talking to the person in charge, Tony, who yelled at me, insulted me, before hanging up on me.

I ordered meals for my toddler via their school. The food was tasteless and not very nutritious. I had prepaid $100 and only ended up using about $24. After SEVERAL emails and phone calls I NEVER got a refund for the remaining unused balance.
