Terrible customer service from the lady serving the food. I think that’s Jacqueline. She was on her phone the whole time. Didn’t even talk to me. Just signaled what did I want. Touching the plate and things with her bare hands while touching the phone. Not very clean. Then I asked, how much is it? She mouthed $10 while talking on the phone. When I grabbed my phone to pay with my card she mouthed only cash or zelle. I said I don’t have either one and that I didn’t know it was only cash or zelle and no card so, while turning the other way, still talking on the phone she just grabbed the bag of food from the counter, put it aside and kept talking on the phone without saying a word to me. I was just left there standing and wondering, what the heck? I came here before and I honestly loved the chicken and today I came all the way to this place, starving… for this? It made me not want to ever come back. Customer service is on the floor. I’m hungry as I type and not happy.

I will only say that before the quality of both the chicken and the potatoes was better.
In that place they don't ask you if you want the chicken with tostones or potatoes, they give you things the way you want
