I wish I could make it 6 stars. Jaguar Sun is a must stop every time I come down to Miami, I will literally beg any one I come with to stop in for dinner.
On top of the food being so banging , the staff is all so hot and go above and beyond. You’re never a stranger and the service is so comfortable / casual in a sense you feel like you’re hanging at a friends house. I haven’t had a dish I wasn’t drooling over, everything is always hot and fresh. The cocktails are so delicious I can’t wait to order another before I’m even finished with one. All my friends are obsessed when we go. Jaguar Sun is a Miami treasure. You rock, don’t ever change.

I love this place. Very balanced. Atmosphere is small but lively. The drinks are creative and strong, made by the most skillful mixologists. The food is always consistent and phenomenal. I always get oysters and Ceasar salad, sometimes I pick a pasta too. The ceasar is one of the best I’ve ever had.

AMAZING! This place has it all. My husband and I went for dinner on a Thursday night and were able to snag a table by the bar, which is first come, first serve. From the delicious, out-of-this-world food, to the great & fast service by our outstanding server, Gabby. She made the experience that much more memorable by giving us her personalized recommendations and checking up on us often. The cocktails we had were all perfectly balanced and tasty (the high horse, sleepwalker, Top Hat, & Wolf Whistle). For food we tried the Parker house rolls (the honey butter was to die for), the wagyu carpaccio, Caesar salad, Arngolotti pasta, and the Tagliatelle pasta). Everything was like nothing we’ve had before and highly recommend everything on the menu. We will definitely be returning and mainly just for the Arngolotti and rolls!

Jaguar Sun is a modern and avant-garde restaurant that pleasantly surprised me. Despite being a Monday in July, the place was absolutely packed, which is remarkable given that it’s the off-season in Miami.
To start, I had the Hokkaido Scallop with black aguachile and pickled chayote. While the portion was small, the flavor was very tasty. For the main course, I chose the Spicy Rigatoni with pork sugo and Parmesan cheese. It wasn’t overly spicy, but it had an intense flavor that I loved. For dessert, I tried the Shaved Foie Gras, a passion fruit mousse with strawberries, caramelized white chocolate, topped with a piece of foie gras. Very original and delicious.
Overall, the prices are moderate, which is another plus. I definitely recommend visiting Jaguar Sun for a unique culinary experience in Miami.

Hidden inside of a condo was one of the few restaurants that were packed on a Miami Minday night. Come for the drinks and appetizers and could not try pasta this time, but I will be back. Had chicken liver pate and a great salad. Very nice attentive staff only problem music can be a bit loud for conversations

Wow, it's an explosion of flavors. Greatly deserved mention in the guide. We made the reservation without issue and came for dinner, they sat us in the main room with the high tables and took the order, but then they kindly moved us to another room with a more accessible table, and I don't know if the fact that they moved us to another waiter but they didn't bring us the pasta, which in the end we didn't need because we were satisfied. Everything was delicious… carpaccio, Caesar salad, bread with butter and tartar uffff delights. And we close with the foie gras dessert wow It's worth it 100%. I hope I can come back to try their pastas.
