Previous 5 star experience. I've been here like six times or more and have brought a few ppl here. I came in on a Saturday night, it was empty sans a couple and a baby that were already eating. My partner ordered first, me after. In the next 15 min or so, the restaurant got packed. Either way it only took 10ish min for all of my food to get out but still nothing for my partners food. We watched the entire restaurant order, get their food, EAT everything, and leave before my girl ever got her food.
I went up on three different occasions, while they continued to take other customers orders, fulfill two catering orders. I totally get being busy, but they never checked in or apologize. My gf was also literally the first person to order lmao.
It hurts cause this is one of my favorite, if not my favorite, Mexican spot rn. Mistakes happens, they could have easily just checked in and that would've made it all okay. To be fair, after I was a Karen, one of the workers actually apologized and hooked it up with desserts. Still, kinda ruined date night vibes having to wait half an hour watching ppl who came in after you eat and leave. At least when we got the food, it was good.
