I went today for the first time and let me tell you I loved it, I really wanted a bowl but I didn’t know which one to get, the girls working were really helpful I think their names were henesis and Melisa, they helped me chose the açaí primo bowl and it was delicious, I would 100% recommend this place if you’re around the area

DONT COME HERE WHILE BRYAN IS WORKING Me and my girlfriend came here and the guy who made our white gummies bryan Mendez I think he said I asked for his name and told him my drinks were so good but they are not he put so much orange in this “mango pineapple orange” that it only taste like orange flavoring not even orange juice and he was giving bad vibes the whole time

My daughter loves this place, however they are super bad with customer service. According to them the company rules doesn’t allow them to customize their products. They do have a Belgian waffle and I wanted to add nutella they first told me they can’t sell a side of nutella has to be on top of the waffle, the following day they told me they don’t sell it with nutella, as per them “company rules”.Mind you it is for a kid and I am ok paying for the topping, or the side it is sad to see customer satisfaction is no longer a priority into business.

I’ve been visiting this Jamba location for a couple of years. The smoothies and bowls are on point. And the people who work here are always efficient and helpful. Never had a bad experience.

Make it make sense, Jamba Juice!!!! My daughter and I asked if they were hiring while purchasing smoothies and the employee who often assists us stated the manager who only speaks Spanish wants her employees to speak Spanish to be able to communicate with her. I am confused because all of the menus and signs are in English. Not one are in Spanish yet the manager requires employees to speak Spanish to communicate with HER???!!!! This is pure ridiculousness and I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again. Makes no sense and I am disgusted at this craziness. My business has been directed to Tropical Smoothies who make better shakes and neither ridiculousness nor craziness are an issue!!! They provide equal opportunities for all!!!!
