I had an amazing experience at japan inn and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, MAY . From the moment we sat down, they were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing.
They explained the menu clearly, answered all our questions about the hibachi options, and even made great recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Throughout the dinner, drinks were refilled promptly, special requests were handled...

May was knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us through a few tough choices (everything sounded so good!). She made sure our food allergies were carefully noted and handled, and she made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Her timing was perfect, her attitude upbeat, and her attention to detail impressive.
