The food is on another level of deliciousness ?? the atmosphere the service is tier 1 . I highly recommend this gem
Love this place. Great Portuguese food, true flavors and original dishes. Varied selection of cod, octopus and sardine dishes, meats too. Great rice stews too. Closest I've gotten to Lisboa's mom and pop places outside of the country. Try the Alvarinho too!
Top quality service from knowledgeable staff regarding their wines and dishes. The food had excellent flavor and was very well presented! Will definitely come back.
Certainly the best, most authentic Portuguese restaurant in Coral Gables. From the crunchy hot bread to the dessert- a juicy flan with poured port wine! We had a variety of cod fishPortuguese style, cod fish fritters, caldo verde,Fresh salad. All the food was abundant, served hot and delicious. The dessert - flan with Port wine was exquisite. And, to close with a golden key, a mini dose of Ginginha and double espresso coffee. The service was prompt , very friendly and kind to my little granddaughter.I will surely recommend this place to anybody wanting good authentic Portuguese cuisine!
Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter was treated with gentleness.
One day it was good, but nowadays no. We were 2 people. One ate octopus and it had o lot of salt. Other ate codfish with portuguese potato. The potato was horrible. We think that they have new chef/cook.
A great selection or traditional Portuguese dishes on the menu. We had the pork roast and athe Bacalhau (salted cod) done Braga style. Both were excellent. Very comfortable, well appointed setting and great service.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant.Love the music. Loud enough to enjoy and to engage in conversation.Service was great, I was advised on what to order. I had a great wine. The octopus as appetizer was great. The main course, was a seafood plate, based in a very flavorful tomato sauce base. Not overpowering, it was actually very gentle, not acidic at allTo top it off, I had a rice puding and it was great!.I took some extra dessert for home. Will definitely be back.
I'm here on vacay from Washington State and i go to different places to check out all i can. This has got to be one of the best foods i have tried since being here. It's was great quality fish. Amazing staff, fast service. Good quality products in their dishes. Definitely coming here from now on when i come to Miami.
Excellent food and good prices, very friendly service!! The best octopus in Miami is in Jardim de Portugal
Seriously, I’m blown away. This place is an absolute gem. My mother is Portuguese and we took her here for Mother’s Day, it was amazing!! All of the food was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, the service was excellent, and the serving sizes are very large. My mom loved every minute we spent there and it ended up being a very special experience. Thank you for everything!!

Alright, so this restaurant is a hidden gem in Miami. My wife and I found it by mistake actually. We were staying at a friend's house in the neighborhood when we decided to go out and eat something. Our friend recommended a bar that was in the same direction as Jardim de Portugal, so when we drove into the street that leads to Jardim, we were impressed by the restaurant's entrance. It was so elegant and inviting that we decided to try. Neither my wife or I had ever eaten at a Portuguese restaurant before, although we had tried some Portuguese dishes previously.Food: The menu offers authentic Portuguese food. It features items such as Bolinho de Bacalhau (my favorite), Chouriço Assado, Pastéis de Belém among other incredible options.Service: The owner took excellent care of us. She explained the menu, provided recommendations that were on point, taught us a little bit more about Portuguese culinary, and overall was a joyful person to talk to.Atmosphere: The place is neat and tidy. Beautiful decor, cozy, and inviting. It is great to have lunch alone or for a date night.I will be back to try out different dishes and show you all more details of this wonderful place. If you would like to see more photos and videos, make sure to follow me here and on Instagram @JulioReview ?
Vegetarian options: The menu has vegetarian options.
Parking: We parked across the street from the restaurant.
Excellent meal!! From the sardine appetizer to the baccala to the cream filled pastry. You won’t find much better.
Fabulous restaurant- food is amazing! Very friendly service. Have visited many tors and want others to know how good it is! Please visit!!
We trouble finding the restaurant due Google maps. However, once we got there we we’re impressed. Very attentive service, and the selection of dishes compares to what you would find in Portugal. I had seafood stew and my husband had the octopus. Both were very well prepared, tender, and delicious! For dessert we had Pastel de Nata with Ginja de Obidos! Just like being back in Portugal.
service was good ,food excellent, portions enormous. two could from one plate. the codfish croquettes amazing. Will definitely go back. atmosphere was just OK
