I was dying of excitement to try this restaurant while staying nearby when visiting the area because I’m a longtime veg*n (vegetarian since my mid teens, vegan since my late 20s) who has long loved the veg options at Taco Bell and figured this to be basically a vegan Taco Bell. It did not disappoint! My partner and I each got a potato crunchwrap and 2 quesos to have with our chips. We shared a caramel apple taquito for dessert. The food is so good! My non vegan family and friends also really enjoyed it. The nachos and Crunchwrap are a must get. The quinoa, jackfruit, and mushroom are all great options. The lions mane is my favorite and also worth the extra charge. Staff is also super friendly and the service is great. If it matters to you, they play both music and a tv show. I’ve been three times now and are not busy. It’s also really nice that they are open so late.

Totally flawless meal in every way. Every dish was hot, fresh, had excellent made from scratch condiments, was perfectly rolled and pressed. The lions mane steak was a really nice unique protein option that I enjoyed a lot. Owner is really friendly and does a great job running the place. Best Tex-Mex food I’ve had anywhere - it’s like Taco Bell food made by a real restaurant chef.
