This is what a sub place is supposed to be, amazing service from the moment you walk in. even if there is a line the staff still greets you and they are constantly working on getting your order right instead of being on the phone or entertained with each other as in other places. great leadership. the food is consistently good and great quality meats and produce. thank you for a great experience every time I go.

Recently came here twice in a week and was impressed with the service by Matt and Dorion. Food is consistent at Jersey Mike's and it was good here, but it stuck out how congenial and pleasant the aforementioned staff were especially as it seems like customer service has gotten worse and worse at most places these days. So it was refreshing.

We have been coming to South Kendall Square Jersey Mikes since it opened. We have always received great, fresh food and amazing service. In fact, they remember us and always make us feel so welcome. Today when we walked in to pick up subs, we shared that we wanted to buy a sandwich for a gentleman who is homeless and is around the area. Matt shared he knew him and that he’s been in the shop before and remembered what he liked to order- Mike’s Philly cheese steak. We ordered the sub and a Gatorade and heard the staff speak very kindly of the gentleman. When I went to pay, “Matt said please let this be on me (us)- we always want to find ways to give back and it is an honor to do so.”
Jersey Miles already had our loyalty for their great subs and service, but now they will forever have our loyalty for what they are all about. What an honor to have you as part of our community making us better every single day. Thank you Matt and Jersey Mikes at South Kendall Square.

The crew is great, the location is clean! From my experience the food is always fantastic when you order in and eat in-house. However, when I pick up my order, sometimes I receive a soggy/greasy sub that I am unable to eat and enjoy. I just had to toss at $13 sub because of how soggy and wet it was. this has happened to me on several occasions and this was my last straw. Big Kahauna w/ extra meat to be specific. Waste of money.
