The crew is great, the location is clean! From my experience the food is always fantastic when you order in and eat in-house. However, when I pick up my order, sometimes I receive a soggy/greasy sub that I am unable to eat and enjoy. I just had to toss at $13 sub because of how soggy and wet it was. this has happened to me on several occasions and this was my last straw. Big Kahauna w/ extra meat to be specific. Waste of money.

The crew behind the counter was very friendly and engaging. Treated all customers with the same quality customer service. I opting to eating half my sub now and taking the other half to go. They even Brought out subs to those who decided to sit down as well to our respective tables. Crew even asked if I enjoyed my sub, which I had asked for their recommendations when placing my order. Best service I’ve had in a while, including nice restaurants around town.

If you have an allergy, this place is well educated and very cautious when prepping your food. My boys have celiac disease and they have a gf bread option. They have the gf bread and knife placed on a separate area from the rest of the other breads. They cleaned the surface area before prepping your sandwich, then changed their gloves. They were very careful to not touch anything to avoid cross contamination. They even used the mayonnaise and mustard straight from the bottle to keep everything safe. Thank you for being educated and caring about pples allergies. My boys now have you as an option to eat subs. Amazing subs! Thank you!

First time trying Jersey Mikes and I am shocked!! Delicious, fresh, and friendly staff! Their menu is easy to order from and straight forward. I heard they were known for their hot subs so I decided to get a chipotle chicken and chipotle steak sandwich. Let me tell, it was surprisingly very good and everything is either cooked or sliced to order. The ambience was clean and welcoming. I will most definitely be coming back to Jersey Mikes ^.^

I'm visiting family in miami. I had a birthday reward to use, this is honestly the best time I've ever had a sandwich at a jersey Mike's. I can tell everything is fresh. The bread, the veggies. The bread wasn't soggy from the oil. I can really tell the difference between this location and the location near my house in CT.
