literally the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life, The employees in the back were too busy flirting instead of taking everyone’s order and after being repeatedly asked multiple times what my order was they still got it wrong. I’m sorry, but I would never come here again and I do not recommend anyone to come here again because the employees Are not taking their job seriously, I asked for a very basic sandwich with zero ingredients and they added a monster amount of ingredients that I did not ask for. absolutely horrible, please do not come here unless they get new management or a whole new set of employees!!!

Read a review in All Recipes that #8 Club Sub was the best. Ordered the large, $22.00, was pathetic. When slicing the ham, turkey I was concerned as the packing of the meat was unappetizing. I brought it home for my friend and I, totally ruined our lunch. After one bite trashed the whole sub. It kept repeating in my gut. I will never, ever step foot into another Jersey Mikes. I do not recommend this chain for a sub.

These guys always make me the perfect sub. Fresh ingredients and they don't skimp on them either. I always leave full and satisfied. Very friendly also and always smiling. Great place to go for a sandwich if you're sick of all the other routine places.
Ordered Philly Cheese with mushrooms.Paid extra for it. No mushrooms in my sandwich. Problem is evident to the naked eye....ALL 3 young employees are too busy on there cellphones, to pay proper attention to the paying customer. ?

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE !!!!! The two young man that work here should be fired . I ordered on line and they prepared my order incorrectly which at the moment it has not a big deal . However when I just told them that my order had some missing items the young man just ignored me and walked away . Then when he comes back he and the other young man where talking among themselves and insulting me and making aggressive hand gesture just because I said excuse me can someone please come back and help me with my missing orders . Management has to take action , employees like this ruin a business !
