?ļø I called my order in and talked to a male, at that time the first thing I got was hello not good morning Jersey Mikes can I help you. So I told this person that I wanted a club with everything, ten minutes later I picked up the order and brought it home. My daughter opened the sub and it only had cheese, bacon, turkey, and ham nothing else. I called and a female answered the phone and I told her what had happened and she basically told me if you want another sub you have to pay for it. I went back to the store and asked to speak to the manager or owner and neither of the employees would answer me. I lost $26.65 but I left the sub. I know itās hard now a days to get good employees but this owner is loosing customers ( he just lost 6 in my house hold). This two employees are worthless, they just didnāt care.

This location is a joke. They stop serving 30-40 mins before they close because there's "no bread". First time it happened I thought it was a special issue but then I found out its like that every night. Seriously just close at 8 instead of leaving it open for an hr and make people waste their time by thinking they are open.

What a joke of a location, you come in this place half an hour before it closes and they say they are out of bread, this is while they are chatting with customers who they are clearly friends with. If youāre too lazy to work until the hours youāre supposed to, donāt come to work.

I love Jersey Mikeās but I just canāt stand this store. Always a problem when they close late food doesnāt get delivered. The bathroom is always an issue. Two hours before they close. They already close up the bathroom like come on guys be preprofessional have your bathrooms open until you close because we are the ones paying for your location by buying your food is the last time that I order from the store Iāll just get it from the other locations. All I Gotta say is this if you know youāre getting bad reviews as the owner you should be present and make sure that your employees are doing the proper customer service or if you have a manager to make sure that heās doing his job correctly and telling the employees how to do the job correctly Because Iāve been coming here since yāall been open and Iāve been to other Jersey Mikeās and their service is always 100%. They close when they have to close they donāt close early they have the bathrooms open they give great service they greet you when you come in service with a smile so Iām just telling you this guys put more effort and Service with a smile and please have your bathrooms open until you close. Service like this wonāt get you far

I ordered only a few times from J.M. and did not know the full size sub is like half of subway and still a bit more expensive. I don't know if the quality is superior enough to justify more than double of the Subway prices. I personally don't think so. Probably won't buy

Went in for the first time today....they seemed to not want to serve large bread probably due to new years eve and wanted to leave early...lack of communication between workers...one said only mini's the other said we have larger bread...overall sub was great...bread was fresh and delicious meats were fresh also...nice selection....workers were not friendly...they rush you.

I'm never going back to Publix! I'm so tired of waiting in line. They're always out of something. And when I order ahead half the time it's not ready or it disappeared.So I went looking for another good sub place for lunch that makes the subs from scratch and has good online ordering. Very happy I find Jersey Mike's. The sub was ready on time fresh hot and delicious.I ordered the meatless portobello mushroom to test how well they could make a hot sandwich fresh. The Swiss cheese was delicious and melted perfectly and the vegetables were seared perfectly.Next time I'll ask for a double shot of the juice to give it a little bit more flavor and salt.I would suggest having a vegan cheese option in the future for a perfect vegan sub!I'm only a vegetarian because that Swiss cheese was delicious!
