I love Jersey Mike’s but I just can’t stand this store. Always a problem when they close late food doesn’t get delivered. The bathroom is always an issue. Two hours before they close. They already close up the bathroom like come on guys be preprofessional have your bathrooms open until you close because we are the ones paying for your location by buying your food is the last time that I order from the store I’ll just get it from the other locations. All I Gotta say is this if you know you’re getting bad reviews as the owner you should be present and make sure that your employees are doing the proper customer service or if you have a manager to make sure that he’s doing his job correctly and telling the employees how to do the job correctly Because I’ve been coming here since y’all been open and I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s and their service is always 100%. They close when they have to close they don’t close early they have the bathrooms open they give great service they greet you when you come in service with a smile so I’m just telling you this guys put more effort and Service with a smile and please have your bathrooms open until you close. Service like this won’t get you far

I ordered only a few times from J.M. and did not know the full size sub is like half of subway and still a bit more expensive. I don't know if the quality is superior enough to justify more than double of the Subway prices. I personally don't think so. Probably won't buy

Employees got all 4 of our subs wrong and than got upset at me and my mother for wanting them to correct it. They said it was our fault . Service was also extremely slow and employees did not look happy to be working there. They made my moms sub too a regular instead of a mini and so instead of letting my mom keep it they cut off a corner of it and threw it away! They could have at least given it to her if they were going to throw it out. Really bad service and we wasted so much time here.

Went in for the first time today....they seemed to not want to serve large bread probably due to new years eve and wanted to leave early...lack of communication between workers...one said only mini's the other said we have larger bread...overall sub was great...bread was fresh and delicious meats were fresh also...nice selection....workers were not friendly...they rush you.

I'm never going back to Publix! I'm so tired of waiting in line. They're always out of something. And when I order ahead half the time it's not ready or it disappeared.So I went looking for another good sub place for lunch that makes the subs from scratch and has good online ordering. Very happy I find Jersey Mike's. The sub was ready on time fresh hot and delicious.I ordered the meatless portobello mushroom to test how well they could make a hot sandwich fresh. The Swiss cheese was delicious and melted perfectly and the vegetables were seared perfectly.Next time I'll ask for a double shot of the juice to give it a little bit more flavor and salt.I would suggest having a vegan cheese option in the future for a perfect vegan sub!I'm only a vegetarian because that Swiss cheese was delicious!

Had lunch here staff were friendly and took the order immediately. Everything was clean, sandwich was a hot one and was filling. Just cant believe chips and soda was $4 extra. This place is a sub shop that was created in New Jersey and is a chain. Used to compete with blimpie subs if you are older and from New Jersey you would know.
Went to this location last Saturday. It was my first time eating at any Jersey Mike’s. Both the food and the service were fantastic. The sandwiches were ready fast and Sharon behind the counter was incredibly helpful. I’m not usually a fan of sandwich restaurants because I can make myself a sandwich but Jersey Mike’s was a step above any other sandwich place I’ve ever eaten at.

My son and I came here because of a gift card that was given to us. We were told the place was great and so was the service. Shaun and Sebastian would very professional, kind and helpful .. I have a picky eater kiddo and they helped while giving the best attitude .. I wasn’t sure what to try and their recommendation was amazing ! Will be returning this weekend!
