Jersey Mike's Subs

We are big fans of Jersey Mikes, but this location was terrible. As other reviews state, the kitchen area was very dirty. We both got sick after eating here. Crew was rushed and not pleasant. The subs were way smaller than normal. For $13 you expect a nice big sub with plenty of meat and condiments. These were surprisingly small. Even the Jersey Mikes inside the airport was way better than this location. The kitchen area was dirty with dirty rags on the counter, meat and cheese cut on the same slicer, no gloves, very little sanitary care. We got sick after eating here. We are staying at the hotel next door and will always avoid this place. Go elsewhere.

Jersey Mike's is one of my go to eating places wherever I see them. I always get my Philly cheese steak with extra onion and cheese. It was close to closing but the workers were so friendly and I got my order with a smile. Conviently located near Hampton Blue Lagoon.

Today one of the employees had major sarcasm, instead of being helpful he preferred to be rude and disrespectful.

This jersey Mike’s was very dirty. They do not clean up after they make a sandwich as you could see in the picture if I knew this, I would’ve not to order a sandwich here.

Terrible experience. Ordered 2 subs by just asking for the #’s to be made as the menu suggests in order to avoid being difficult. Front man was very rude and told me to go pay before he even attempted to get them started. I paid immediately and then waited and waited while he prepared and served at least 6 other customers behind me. When I finally asked the cashier about my food, she was oblivious. The front man said someone else took it and he would make it again but then proceeded to make 2 other orders behind mine first. I told them I wanted my money back and left after waiting for 1/2 hour. There was no communication between employees. Very disappointing
