Jersey Mike's Subs

Incompetent, inconsiderate and lazy employees at this location. Place is disgusting and terribly maintained. No sense of care here. Hope the CDC and corporate give you guys a visit soon.

The employees of this place act like they hate working here and that any customer that comes in is a waste of their time. Smashed my sandwich down and didnt even cut it all the way. Absolutely soaked with vinegar and the bread was mostly soggy. Disappointed.

Lazy workers!! Order 30 minutes before closing and instead of turning off the to go order option.. they decided to make my sandwich with the scraps that were left. I paid EXTRA for EXTRA bacon.. can you believe this was the sandwich and they tried to overcompensate for the door preparation & added extra snacks!?!?!?

This location SUCKS! The employees have no desire to work. I went today 12/17 @8:45pm, there was 3 employee I was the only customers and my order took over 30’mins (1 famous Philly) to then receive it and it was done completely wrong. This is what gives when a staff have no desire to work and are lazy. Never coming back. Shut this place DOWN

Next door to Hilton Tru Blue Lagoon. Was greeted on entry, service was quick and well done. Much better service than my local JM.

Subs are smaller here than other locations. They seem to Skimp on protein especially. Someone from corporate should audit this location.

Other locations give way more protein and proper sized subs.

My boyfriend and I love Jersey Mikes but this location sucks. I’m not sure if it is that they don’t know how to make the Philly cheese, but it’s the second time I order it thinking that maybe the first one was a bad day, and it turns out the second time was even worse. The bread was dry and crumbling. Filling was not even through out the sandwich and it was more bread than anything.

Sunday Nov 2 @ approx 130p. Remember the SOUP NAZI from Seinfeld. Thats the Spanish looking kid with black rimmed glasses and a mini pony tail that was taking orders. Shouting. WHAT WAS THAT!! and I'll have a soft drink NAH THATS LATER. NOW SANDWICH ONLY! Bathroom was occupied for 15-20 min. Customer: Sir is there someone in bathroom or do I need key? He BARKED: IS IT LOCKED? yes sir. THERES SOMEONE IN THERE! YOU can go next door. Minutes later a female employee walks out. Only one bathroom in place. Also just overall rudeness in tone and condescending shortness. Also Sandwiches just sat on counter and we had to ask ARE THOSE OURS. YEAH. He has a sort of New York accent. Big mess. Dude later started to work the hot plate grill and was munching on food. LOL. Bottom line No customer likes to be treated in such a condescending way. This is isn't KNEW Yalk!! Maybe this kid needs to be talked to. Maybe just maybe he doesn't realize because of where he comes from but you would think it's common sense.

We are big fans of Jersey Mikes, but this location was terrible. As other reviews state, the kitchen area was very dirty. We both got sick after eating here. Crew was rushed and not pleasant. The subs were way smaller than normal. For $13 you expect a nice big sub with plenty of meat and condiments. These were surprisingly small. Even the Jersey Mikes inside the airport was way better than this location. The kitchen area was dirty with dirty rags on the counter, meat and cheese cut on the same slicer, no gloves, very little sanitary care. We got sick after eating here. We are staying at the hotel next door and will always avoid this place. Go elsewhere.
