Terrible experience. Ordered 2 subs by just asking for the #’s to be made as the menu suggests in order to avoid being difficult. Front man was very rude and told me to go pay before he even attempted to get them started. I paid immediately and then waited and waited while he prepared and served at least 6 other customers behind me. When I finally asked the cashier about my food, she was oblivious. The front man said someone else took it and he would make it again but then proceeded to make 2 other orders behind mine first. I told them I wanted my money back and left after waiting for 1/2 hour. There was no communication between employees. Very disappointing

Very slow waiting on my sandwich for over an hour. This business does not run efficiently and wasted a lot of my time . Will not be using this location again .

Ordered the sub on gluten free bread due to my celiac disease. Well the bread was hard as a rock and it wasn’t because it was frozen it was old ..unbelievable

I was sent via DoorDash a tuna sandwich when I ordered a turkey sandwich. I have multiple anaphylactic food allergies and this caused me to have a reaction

Wanted the Pastrami Special. Was there at store opening, told me they had it, paid for it, then told me the Pastrami was frozen. They gave a complimentary Cheesesteak which is always fantastic but it is not what went to. For the record, the staff was very apologetic and very professional.

Today, August 17, 2024 at 12:50 pm, I arrived at this place to pick up an Uber Eats order. When I asked about said order, one of the women with a very bad attitude told me that there was no order with that name there and that surely someone had already picked it up (she wasn't even sure) and that I should call the customer to inform him. When I tried to contact the customer through the app, the number called was that of this place and that woman along with another woman decided to play a joke on me by pretending to be the customer while they laughed out loud until a man there employed told me that he was calling the store and that they were laughing about it. This made me very angry because like them I am working and if they get paid to laugh I am not, so I sent them to work to justify their salary and I left. After that I tried to call to speak to a supervisor but it seemed they knew it was me and did not answer. Some manager or supervisor should review their work (I don't know their names but they can check cameras) because I don't think they get paid to make fun of them and it seems they know nothing about customer service.

Delicious sandwiches here. The service was fast and friendly. I did struggle on more than one occasion with understanding the employees— they were rushing and talking so fast it was a real chore to get my sandwich ordered and paid for. Otherwise I’m very happy with the experience and would return.
