Ordered, was told hours later it was cancelled. Skip to two weeks later I had to cancel through my card company because I kept getting the run around they were working on it. Told I'd get a compensation many times by management. Thanks for nothing! Worst experience ever!

Was staying at the Four Seasons hotel in Miami for a couple of nights, and wanted a quick cheap dinner, so went here. Got there at around 7:30pm on a Tuesday, and was the only customer. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (toasted) and it was ready within 5 minutes. Cost 11 bucks, which is decent for that area. Staff was friendly, and I liked the hanging bike and other decor of the place.

I travel for work and eat jimmy johns just about every other day for lunch. This store is not up to par with their other franchises. I ordered curbside and the employee brought out an empty cup which was the wrong size. Why would a customer order curbside to go back into the restaurant? The main issue is the sandwich is extremely sloppy. With condiments on one side and none on the other. They did not include mayo or mustard packets as I requested. I requested the sandwich be cut in half, which it was not. I ordered potato salad they did not include a fork. The store was dead so it's not an issue of being busy. I do not normally leave negative reviews. I will not return to this location

I come here often and will not return until the man with the cross necklaxe around his neck and the dreads is fired. He is not clean. I watched him pick something off the floor and not wash his hands 10/31/24 452ish pm before putting on gloves and making my sandwich. I watch him smoke a joint outside and come back in

I ordered from them a few times when I was in Miami for work. They did a great job. Always got my order right, no issues. It was always finished quickly and got to my hotel super fast!

I was there with my husband, and the attention of the staff is really deplorable. I didn't feel welcome, when I entered they didn't lift their faces from their cell phones or say hello. After a while a boy with a backpack on his back (bag) wanted to serve us in a hurry. This happened on Monday at 4 p.m.

I've ordered curbside pick up, and waited in the car as instructed. Nobody came. I waited 25 min and called and was told she is the only person in store. Whoever owns this location is a greedy owner who instead to employ more people, keeps only one person there and all of us ordering online for curbside pick up will end up waiting like idiots without knowing about the problem ?
