I order 2 Italian sandwiches as well.As an soft drink today september 25th 2025 around 1300, it was extremely busy at work my colleague and i didn't get a chance to eat the sandwich or attempt to eat. until around 1600. When I? Took a bite the sandwich didn't taste right. Something was off. So I took another bite and it tasted slimy. Then I took the bread off and it had an off smell.. the meat had a slimy feel and. It was the exact same problem with my colleague. I called the store and spoke with A female manager by the name of first initial is (D). I Explained to her what had taken place as well as to advise her to check their meat product. Her concern was oh. What time you picked it up? You sure you picked it up from here. What name it was under. Politely gave it to her. You have the receipt?Yes i do! And You picked it up from here again YES. I said yes that I can be to your location with in minutes. Nothing about the safety of the customers. It was. More as if I was being questioned about the purchase, and not the product being SAVED OR UNSAVED. Like I informed Ms.(D) I just want her to check your products. SHE? WENT ON TO INFORM ME THAT THEY CUT THEIR LUNCH MEAT THE NIGHT BEFORE TO Pre Prapp. Still not addressing the concern.

1st I attempted to call. Was on hold for over 8 mins. So I ordered on line. Paid the delivery fee. After waiting over an hr., i noticed they set up Uber delivery for business that's 1 block away from their store. Turns out they don't have a delivery person on Wednesdays. You'd think they would call and let me know while they're punching in address that I'm on Flagler and 3rd. 19 mins ETA turned to 45 mins so far

I placed my lunch order for delivery, and though it came JIMMY JOHN fast, it was without the turkey. I called the store, and they quickly delivered me another sandwich before my 30 minute lunch break was over. I even received a call from store manager Mr. Ortiz apologizing for the mishap.

Two back-to-back disappointing experiences at the same Jimmy John’s location. I placed my order online 15–20 minutes ahead both times, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. The store was completely empty, no other customers, and yet my order hadn’t even been started.
This isn’t just about slow service; it’s about poor management. On one occasion, the lone employee was blasting music while cleaning, totally unaware that an online order had printed. On the other, employee was refilling tuna in the prep area, juggling every responsibility—cashier, food prep, cleaning, restocking. It’s clear the owner or manager is overworking staff to an unsustainable degree.
To top it off, my brownie fudge came in a plastic bag that was already open. The exposed edge was dried out and tasted off, so I had to eat the back half and hope I don’t end up with listeria from whatever might’ve sniffed it. Check your bags, bro, this is basic food safety.
Jimmy John’s claims to be “freaky fast,” but lately it’s been freaky careless. I hope management takes this seriously and starts treating both customers and employees with more respect.

Used to be freaky fast which was great for work lunch, but they outsourced their delivery to Uber and it takes forever now so I can't order from here anymore.
Service is horrible. O rder my food since 2:15 PM. The driver said delivered at 3:09 PM they are lying no food was coming. When i call the girl answer the phone and told me only one thing she can do it cancelled my order and I will have my refund in 3 days. I was so mad. Pictures i was working since 6:30 AM very hungry. How come the driver missed the address Government Building.
