I walked in at 10:40 a.m. It was a Tuesday after the president's holiday. No one noticed me, as they were prepping for the day to begin. I waited about 1 minute overlooking the menu when a young lady walks in the door and greeted me. She proceeded to take my order asked if I wanted the bread toasted I declined. She asked if I wanted to get a chip and soda I declined. I settled on just the sandwich which is a number seven a spicy Italian I promptly paid once I was given my receipt she commenced to making my sandwich. The moment she put her gloves on it took nearly 1 and 1/2 minutes before she was finished with my sandwich very quickly. I asked her to add some mustard which she obliged. After that she wrapped it up handed it to me I am now biting to this nice cool sandwich meat nicely chilled and bread as well. Not much in the form of talk. I can deal with that as long as my food isn't a timely fashion.

I customize my sandwich for allergen purposes and as a vegetarian. Almost always I get wrong or missing ingredients. Today I got meat on a vegetarian sandwich. Never had problems with other JJ branches.

This is our 3rd time here , My bf and I usually come on Fridays . Today we arrived 740 11/2 and every time we visit this location, the service is excellent. The place is always clean. The sandwiches are fresh starting from the veggie, proteins, and bread. Fast service and easy to order . I always enjoy my Vito sandwich, bf is turkey Tom ..The manager, I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name , is always very polite and always pleasant! I’m very picky with my sandwiches and by far my new favorite ? place! Tk me later! ?

I went twice, and the food was not fresh either time. The veggies were almost frozen, and the bread was stale. I’ve never experienced stale bread or frozen veggies at a Jimmy John’s before.

I saw a worker today for my favorite jimmy johns they NEED TO GIVE THAT JOSSETTE NEEDS A RAISE AND THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEY'RE UNIFORMS TO THAT LIME GREEN SHE HAD ON AND LIGHT GREY BIKER SHORTS SHE'S THE BEST FAST OR SLOW BEHIND WITH THE SERVICE THANK YOU JOSSETTE

Stopped and pick up a sandwich to eat outside the Smithsonian Museum. Definitely shorter line than at the food trucks by the museums! And the Italian sandwich was very good!

The delicious food. Luis, the boy who served us, treated us very badly. He spoke very badly to us. We had to ask him to lower his tone and speak to us properly. Made our stay unpleasant

I was in Washington and visited this location twice. Both times, I was in a hurry and they lived up to their motto. The food was exactly what you would expect and the service was good. I ate inside the restaurant both times.
