Ordered a BLT with pickles and they gave me only pickles and bacon… called and they said “well only bacon and pickles were requested” I know common sense isn’t common but if I ordered a side of pickles why would you also make the sandwich with only bacon and pickles ???? When I called to get help i was told they were couldn’t help because they were closed. But if you’re closed you wouldn’t answer the phone. If you don’t like your job apply somewhere else.

My sandwich did not make it to the photo stage it was just that good????? it went really quickly , but I want to take a minute and talk about the amazing service I received from These ladies from the moment I walked in. From the greeting to the suggestions to the knowledge of there rewards program. Left me at aww as many places we go into now a-days are not even greeted . This was my first time at this location but I’ll surely be back for their kindness and great customer service. I know many people will say well that’s their job . True ! But how many places actually do it ! So round of applause ladies .tiktok-katthechandler! Oh lol and my sandwich was the number 7 with mayo , jalapeño ranch , ranch seasoning oil vinegar basil , jimmy peppers, cut in half ! ?

I ordered pick-up for lunch from the wrong store. I called, asked them to hold my food until I could pick up that evening around 630. When I got there, they'd made fresh sandwiches for me on the spot to make sure I was getting fresh, quality food. So awesome, so tasty, so thankful!! I'll definitely be back. Thanks folks!!

The customer service here was trash. One employee off the clock wandering around in the restaurant talking to himself. Wish made feel very uncomfortable. And the other employee who made my sandwich had no type of enthusiasm or care in the world. No one offered to explain the menu to me as they see me standing trying to understand the menu. Employee claimed I couldn’t get my bread toasted……. So Im’a chew a hard bread that’s been sitting on the shelf all day??What type of sub place is this ??? And no the sub was trash. No wonder the place was empty when I walked in.

So far Jimmy John's is THEEEE BEST sandwich place for cold cut subs. ALL the produce and meats are actually FRESH!! The bread is REAL BREAD not that stale and dry type of bread. The customer service is beyond great. Forget "Subway" and get your subs made the Jimmy John's way.
