I've been ordering from Jin Jin for 18 years. I don't know if they had a change of ownership or a change of staff. The customer service is abysmal, I was told that my delivery would take 20 minutes. It took an hour to arrive and I received the wrong order. I call to complain and the woman who answered the phone didn't even care. She was just rushing me to end the phone call. No apology, No nothing. Save yourself the trouble and just order from somewhere else or just go somewhere physically to eat Chinese food.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Miami. If you have ever wanted to know what New York Chinese food tastes like, it is exactly like this. If you are from New York and are craving New York Chinese food, you should go here. The only issue I would mention is that they have a strong accent, but they are not difficult to understand.

This is the best takeout Chinese food in the Kendall area. It’s not a sit-in restaurant. There are only 3 tables. But the food is delicious!!! Highly recommend. Prices are reasonable.

Have been ordering from a different chinese restaurant for two years. More out of habit than anything. Tried Jin Jin and wow, the food was AMAZING. I can easily say it's twice if not three times as tasty as my former place. I had the chicken with garlic sauce, hot and sour soup, and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were so big I couldn't finish them. The entree was absolutely delicious and tasty. The soup was spicy and very tasty. Best chinese I've had in a long, long time. Jin Jin will now be by go-to chinese delivery.
I've been a customer for several years and they have the best service and food in the area. I always buy for delivery, rarely for pick up. the place is handled by the owner and they do really care about their customers. Thank you!
