Food, juices, and smoothies are good, but the service is poor, and the environment is terrible. Itās always very dirty; no one cleans the tables, floors, or empties the trash bins. The sofas and armchairs are very dirty and grimy. Complaining doesnāt change anything; through the app, no one responds, and on Google, itās just standard replies. Itās a shame that a nice place with good products has such a terrible level of service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The customer service was horrendous, especially from the man with the ponytail. We asked for breakfast, and his response was not only dismissive but downright rude. He seemed completely uninterested in helping us, which set the tone for the rest of our visit.
To make matters worse, we waited over 20 minutes for a simple sandwich. No explanation, no apology for the delayājust a lack of basic consideration for customers. The wait would have been forgivable if the service had been more polite, but the combination of bad attitude and slow service made the entire experience unbearable.
If I could give this place a -1 star, I absolutely would. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, and I will definitely not be returning. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time and appreciate even the most basic level of customer service.

Very cute! Love the ambiance. The lady at the register was super nice. she walked us through a promotion they were running and I got a free sandwich! The juice and spicy tuna was very yummy. Definitely recommend.

Management should seriously address the employees who are constantly smoking their cigarettes at the outdoor seating area. Doesnāt this company pride themselves on health and wellness foods??
Iāve sworn off coming here as the last few times Iāve been there are 2 employees who come outside and smoke directly next to the customers, letting their nasty cigarette smoke blow in our faces. The girl employee actually had an attitude about it after a few of the girls sitting outside covered their noses from the smoke (it was literally directly in their faces) and she actually walked closer to the customers to let it them even more. Not worth the overpriced food when you canāt even enjoy the outdoor seating. Additionally, all the comments mention the unfriendly atmosphere of this location, yet nothing has changed.

Came here on Sunday around 5:15 ish, there is only 1 customer here, not busy at all, The guy at the front counter didnāt even look at us, didnāt even acknowledge us, just kept doing his thing behind the counter, After waiting for about six or seven minutes, I went to the other side of the counter to ask if you guys were open or am I standing on the side of the counter to place an order? without even looking at us, the guy pointed us to the register and said go over there. We will take your order there (why so mad), We ordered two sandwiches, a juice and coffee, one if the sandwiches was supposed to be spicy (spicy tuna) after taking a few bites, we realized that it is missing the jalapeƱos, so i went to the counter and asked the person to give me some JalapeƱos since you forgot to add, instead of giving me some jalapeƱos, this person is asking me are you sure? Lol, I said here, I opened the whole sandwich just to proof of her that there are no jalapeƱos only them. I got five pieces of jalapeƱos. Lol Looks like they have attitude problems, No one seems to smile, the workers are upset here, Iām not sure if the management is not paying them right or not enough employees Iām not really sure.

I am very disappointed with the Joe & the Juice location at 300 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33131. As a regular customer who frequently visits Joe & the Juice locations in Aventura Mall and Brickell, I have always enjoyed the quality and service. However, my experiences at the Downtown Miami location have been consistently subpar. Each time I have ordered a smoothie here, I have been served a drink with an excessive amount of ice and very little actual ingredients. The smoothies are bland and lack the fresh, vibrant taste I expect from Joe & the Juice. Despite my repeated visits and attempts to give them another chance, the quality has not improved. To make matters worse, when I spoke with Sharon, who claimed to be the manager, she informed me that the ingredient quantities are dictated by the company. This response was disappointing and did not address the real issue of poor product quality and service at this specific location. The lack of consistency and attention to quality at this Joe & the Juice is unacceptable. If youāre looking for the refreshing and flavorful smoothies that Joe & the Juice is known for, I would recommend visiting other locations instead of this one.
