Had a wonderful sandwich for lunch, the Kevin Durant. I can't believe I don't remember the name of the gentleman that took our order, maybe Thrown. He was so nice. He remembered my name Patti. As we were leaving, he offered us a bag for our bottles of water. So thoughtful.

It was my first time visiting this location and I was welcomed and helped by two young girls named Cynthia and Noslen. They provided me with top-tier customer service I was impressed I will be coming back to this location.

It was a little bit of a disappointing experience. We were told to sit anywhere and mentioned we’d be outside. After waiting for 30 minutes with no sign of our order, I went inside—only to find out that they had made it and just left it sitting there. By the time I got it, everything was either cold or melted. It felt like we were completely forgotten. A little more care for customers would go a long way.
