I never write bad reviews, but this one really needs to be said because I actually love Joe & The Juice, and I want them to change for the better.
I used to always park in the McDonald’s lot when visiting and never had an issue until one day my car was towed. It ended up costing me over $200 to get it back, and as a young woman, I had to Uber to a sketchy neighborhood just to retrieve my car. It was a huge inconvenience and honestly really stressful.
What makes this even worse is that Joe & The Juice’s own parking situation is not practical. They have one of those lift-style parking systems, and when I tried to use it, my car door hit the metal because it sits too low. Unless you’re driving an SUV or Escalade, it doesn’t really work. It even dented the bottom of my car, which I wasn’t expecting at all.
At one point, I had no choice but to block the lot just to avoid being towed again while I ran inside to grab my drink. When I asked the staff for guidance on where to park, the woman told me I should just park in a handicap spot. That’s not only inconsiderate but also illegal, and it shocked me that they would even suggest that. I would never take a space from someone who actually needs it, and the fine for that is over $250.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only one. Another girl got towed at the same time as me, and she was literally just picking up a sandwich. I felt so bad for her because she wasn’t even from here, she was visiting from Chile, and she had no idea how any of this worked, which made her situation even more stressful.
Clearly this is an ongoing issue. Joe & The Juice really needs to address their parking situation because it’s unfair and unsafe for their customers. And honestly, it feels like McDonald’s is running a business out of this, hiring someone to watch cars and tow people just for going to Joe & The Juice. They’re making money off their customers, and it’s not right.

I was really pleased with my experience at Joe & The Juice—the staff were incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcome as I studied and worked for an extended period. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, allowing me to focus without feeling rushed. It’s a great spot for getting things done while enjoying good coffee, and I would definitely visit again.

Sandwich and coffee was cold,I asked them to warm up they said we just opened it's impossible,I was completely upset with their attitude and sarcastic in during our conversation.

Joe & the Juice is THE BEST 💯💯💯!!! Superb seating, menu & service !!! We popped in here along a longgggg bike ride. I got an iced chocolate latte that jacked me up for the bike ride home. My best biking buddy ordered the Nutty and a muffin. Two happy biking buddies !!!

Love Joe & The Juice but was let down by this location. Very dirty inside with drinks spilled, trash, etc. and unfriendly service. Had to stand there for awhile before even being asked to order. Hope this location can be cleaned up to the same level as the other locations.

I order with Uber eats a breakfast sandwich add turkey, no tomatoes no Sriracha, it was completely wrong, it had not turkey and it had tomatoes and Sriracha, it only had a very small slice of avocado just one, unfortunately I took pictures with the Uber up and I don't have access to them now. I only got $2.62 refund, don't understand why since I had to throw the whole sandwich to the garbage. You should start doing something about the employees you have in this store, I've read the reviews and they are mostly bad and it keeps on happening.
