Very disappointed. The Wynwood location was dirty and unkempt, and the sandwich I ordered was poorly made and tasted terrible. Definitely not worth the visit.

Drinks are good butbthe stuff is, rude. I went there with my niece and her friends 12 years old. Yhe stuff was annoyed when we got there because they were cleaning already. It was not even 9 pm. They close at 10pm. They lied to us by saying the bathroom is broken yet 10 minutes earlier I used it. They didn't want us to use it because they cleaned it already. Lied and said someone came in and broke it. It doesn't flush. When I said my niece needs to wash her hands. I couldn't believe that they were so rude. Both of the employees were annoyed to work, very unprofessional. Very uncomfortable for the kids...we were basically thrown out. Never experienced that treatment before

I waited 20 minutes for an order of 3 drinks and a spicy tuna; which they didn’t even get right.i found a strange piece of chicken in my sandwich and avocado which I specifically asked to NOT put in because my father which whom I was sharing with is allergic too. Terrible service!! Do not come here.

Came in and ordered 4 drinks, paid $54 for 4 drinks which is very expensive considering 2 of the green juices were more foam than juice because “that’s how their supposed to be” I went and kindly asked her why it looked like this and she said because they’ve been sitting out… we got there, ordered and waited 15 minutes for the drinks to be made. So why would our drinks be sitting out? She then asked if we wanted it remade and I asked if she could just make another one, take the foam out of these and fill the rest up with juice and she took the drinks from me, threw them away aggressively and very annoyed, and said she’ll just remake them. Took another 10 minutes to remake them, only for them to have less juice and more foam than the original ones. Paid $26 for 2 (16 oz) juices for it to be 6 oz of actual juice and 10 oz of foam. I know that was done on purpose simply because we just asked for our drinks to be fixed. They weren’t busy and we weren’t in a hurry so the attitude and smack talking from the workers was unnecessary because we weren’t rude about it at all. The other 2 juices were okay, I wouldn’t advertise it as juices, it was more of a smoothie, and not a blended smoothie. Icy and chunky. Save your money and don’t go to this location. I don’t know how the other locations are but I won’t be returning. Very disappointed in the quality and the staff.

My drink, the Big Energy Matcha Protein drink was excellent! Place was clean, nice inside and out. It was a bit warmer than I expected inside and it didn't seem to be very busy, our drinks took a little longer than expected. Other than those factors I would visit again.

I ordered green sport juice after 20 minutes of waiting I went and contacted the employee that I still haven’t gotten my juice and people who ordered after me had gotten their drinks and apparently they let someone else take my order so they re-made it didn’t offer me a refund, and the juice was supposed to include cucumber, pineapple, and apple, and they put almost no pineapple in and way too much cucumber. It’s not what I was expecting at all.
