Came in and ordered 4 drinks, paid $54 for 4 drinks which is very expensive considering 2 of the green juices were more foam than juice because “that’s how their supposed to be” I went and kindly asked her why it looked like this and she said because they’ve been sitting out… we got there, ordered and waited 15 minutes for the drinks to be made. So why would our drinks be sitting out? She then asked if we wanted it remade and I asked if she could just make another one, take the foam out of these and fill the rest up with juice and she took the drinks from me, threw them away aggressively and very annoyed, and said she’ll just remake them. Took another 10 minutes to remake them, only for them to have less juice and more foam than the original ones. Paid $26 for 2 (16 oz) juices for it to be 6 oz of actual juice and 10 oz of foam. I know that was done on purpose simply because we just asked for our drinks to be fixed. They weren’t busy and we weren’t in a hurry so the attitude and smack talking from the workers was unnecessary because we weren’t rude about it at all. The other 2 juices were okay, I wouldn’t advertise it as juices, it was more of a smoothie, and not a blended smoothie. Icy and chunky. Save your money and don’t go to this location. I don’t know how the other locations are but I won’t be returning. Very disappointed in the quality and the staff.
My drink, the Big Energy Matcha Protein drink was excellent! Place was clean, nice inside and out. It was a bit warmer than I expected inside and it didn't seem to be very busy, our drinks took a little longer than expected. Other than those factors I would visit again.
Kat and Kery are very polite and kind. The order came out just like I asked. The music choice is top tier. Their açaí bowl is the best. 💯
I ordered green sport juice after 20 minutes of waiting I went and contacted the employee that I still haven’t gotten my juice and people who ordered after me had gotten their drinks and apparently they let someone else take my order so they re-made it didn’t offer me a refund, and the juice was supposed to include cucumber, pineapple, and apple, and they put almost no pineapple in and way too much cucumber. It’s not what I was expecting at all.
Terrible service, I waited 20 minutes for a protein shake. Everyone super rude. I like Joe and the Juice but this location is pretty bad.

I love Joe and the JUICE and Will always be a customer of theirs but probably won’t return to this location anytime soon. The staff was incredibly rude and that atmosphere was awkward. The two girls working were gossiping about their personal lives loudly and not paying attention to customers, and there was no music playing or anything so we were just sitting there listening to their conversation. They were dismissive to me when I gave them my order and asked if they had a bathroom. The bathroom was out of order.- Not a problem about that but it was just how they said it that was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Got an avocado sandwich where the avocado was bad. I showed to the worker that made it, named Sally, she just said “yeah oh well..yeah” what does this mean?
She said I should have told her before I started eating the sandwich… I explained I noticed the bad taste so that’s when I took a look and opened the sandwich. She goes: “so do you want a free sandwich?? We can’t give you a free sandwich if you already ate it”
It was not even half way eaten.. and still.. it was a rotten, it should not matter if I started eating it.
She messed up by making it and can’t even apologize, on top of that gives attitude trying to tell me all I’m looking for is a free sandwich.
Instead of trying to fight over the issue she could have simply solve it and move on. But her wish to argue was stronger than her.
So childish, disrespectful and unprofessional

The place is not an eye opener and not pretty but it did surprised us because the sandwiches were delicious. They should take better care of the outside of the place, it was almost filthy.

I have eaten at Joe & The Juice many times and always get the same thing, the spicy tuna with avocado. Aside from them being on the pricier side I would easily have given 5 stars on any other day. Ordered off of uber eats last night and upon biting into it realized the entire underside was burnt black. Reading past reviews this seems to be a common at this location, so why is this still an ongoing issue? I attempted to contact uber eats support for refund but was told “this order is not eligible for a refund.” The fact that a staff member knowingly sent out this sandwhich after they burnt it instead of simply remaking it reflects poorly on the company and training highlighting the staffs laziness and lack of care for the customer. 23.39 for a burnt sandwhich is not acceptable. I wish I had taken pictures before tossing it out.

Employees are very nice here but the waiting time for a single juice shouldn't be more than 10 minutes. We waited almost 20 minutes..
The second time we were there, our juice was prepared quickly but incorrectly..
