4 employees and all 4 reluctantly. Pout. Mistreatment. It's a shame because the coffee and sandwiches are delicious.

The juice is great. The service needs improvement. It's not a super big deal but the lady who made my juice called the name Mike, which my name is Mikey, And so I just asked her In a nice way, "did you say Mike or Mikey?" And then she angrily shakes her head and says "Mike or Mikey It doesn't matter!" and then walks off. So rude for no reason. Get another job if you're not happy.

Review:
I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a simple sandwich, and it took over 30 minutes to arrive. During that time, I had to ask the staff three separate times to check on my order, and each time I was met with rudeness and indifference.
There was no apology or effort to address the delay, and the staff’s attitude made the situation even worse. I understand that things can get busy, but good customer service goes a long way in handling such situations—and sadly, that was completely lacking here.
Now I understand why this place is always empy the rest of the year.

It’s so unprofessionally ran. Your order is never correct or up to standard. The wait times are never accurate. All of the employees look like they don’t know what they’re doing, scrambling around screaming. It’s a disorganized mess & it’s expensive. They need a manager on duty. It’s ridiculous

I went on Saturday with my mom. The service was not good because the store is extremely crowded and understaffed. Only 3 people working on a Saturday evening in December. I waited approximately 25 min for a sandwich and 2 juices, and even some people that order way after me, got their food first.
One of the employees was extremely rude because she saw I was leaving trash on the table and yelled at us telling us to throw it away. All of the trash cans on the establishment were filled to the top, and they always are every time I go into the store. Therefore, we had nowhere to throw away our trash.

Halfway into making the long line to order, staff refused to take orders in person even though their system was working. They said it was due to being short staffed even though multiple staff members were standing around not working behind the counter. Staff made everyone in line download the app which took very long due to the poor wifi service. When asked for an update on the food, staff was extremely rude. When I asked for a proper box for the sandwich, staff refused to provide one and handed me the sandwich in paper.

Did I break a window? That's what I said after paying nearly 8 bucks for a small coffee. What a rip off.

❤️ I loved the place, they treated us very well, although they got confused twice in the office. Even so, they corrected it quickly and with a good attitude. Everything was super delicious. I can't wait to go back 💯💯💯💯

Service at this place is absolutely horrendous. Very slow and staff is rude. Ordered a juice and it was made with smoothie consistency and I was first ignored and then told it's cause they only have frozen strawberries. Was not offered alternative or anything else. When trying to get refund was not able to refund and was just told to email customer service.

Food is fine. Service at this location was absolutely horrendous. Refused to serve me tap water. There was a huge line, completely unattended. Unacceptable. Also, wobbly tables.

This place was a complete disaster. way too many staff on hand, nothing was done properly. service was chaotic, and the staff were incredibly rude—shouting your name at the top of their lungs while ignoring basic customer service etiquette. It felt more like a circus than a professional establishment.
Honestly, if you’re looking for a decent experience, skip this place entirely. Go grab a fresh juice somewhere else in the mall !

terrrrrrible service. i waited over 30 minutes for my drink, people around me were waiting over an HOUR for their sandwich. a girl nicely asked about her sandwich to which one of the employees responded so rudely, poor girl started crying. not even five minute later, another employee made a snarky comment at a customer. this is a busy location, hire employees who have some sense of urgency. instead, employees were taking off between drinks to disappear in the back while the line of customers kept building out the door.

The AC in this location isn’t working so I felt lightheaded and asked for water and was told it is their policy that they cannot give it. This is unacceptable and I could have passed out. You need to reevaluate your policies for paying customers and stop making your employees feel like they have to choose between a customers health and losing their job.
Why did it take me all of this time to try the best tuna sandwich in Miami? Idk but I'm so glad this location is conveniently located by the main entrance of the mall (or exit if you know your coordinates) the tunacado deserves a statue in city hall for making everyone agree that it's the best sandwich. Their drinks are delicious and very unique which makes it a unique experience every time you order. All staff are attentive and very nice which is incredible considering the current state of hospitality in south Florida. Highly recommend this place for ALL occasions or just a quick delicious bite.
