ordered via the internet. Excellent food but....... Loaves are too flat for sandwich size slices. A slice is the size of a biscotti. The pricing is very high and not worth it imo. I have sent them emails but never got an answer.
I won't be buying again unless they come up with a better value and a more useful loaf size.

This was my first order with Joseph’s and it was PHENOMENAL. I have a wheat allergy, but this bread does not aggregate it at all. Follow the instructions when your order is shipped, and it will be so yummy! Looking forward to future orders.

I discovered Joseph’s Organic Bakery while looking for ancient grain spelt bread. I was thrilled to find the variety of foods as well as the others breads Joseph offers. I have a slow digestive system and cannot tolerate most bread or baked goods that are typically available in the U.S. I’ve enjoyed several of the other breads from the bakery and thrive with them. I also enjoy and recommend the olive oil and digestive water. All foods were carefully packed and shipped to my doorstep with clear instructions on how to store and enjoy them. Finally a place to find authentic baked goods and essential food. I highly recommend Joseph’s Organic Bakery.

Purchased Einkorn bread. I’m on a budget.. so it was a bit costly for me.. especially with shipping.. but I just wanted to try a healthy bread just to see. Having said THAT… the bread was absolutely amazing. It was super delicious and so hearty..one 1/2” piece was more than enough as a dinner side. Very VERY filling. If you can afford to eat health I’d HIGHLY recommend it. Respect.

This Einkorn bread is delicious. Will re-order it before I run out. As a single person, not wanting it to spoil on me, I keep it sliced in the freezer. Toasted a slice at a time it tastes just like fresh baked.

Ordered a loaf of bread to try out before committing to more. The order was delayed by UPS which is understandable and not the merchants fault. But sent 2 emails asking for assistance and never got a response. The bread was ok after receiving it a 4 days after it shipped. (Miami to Tampa) I’m assuming it is probably better when fresh.

Disappointing !!! Very very small bread! low quality ingredients,definitely not sourdough! It seemed to me the bread was frozen at some point. I'm a chef and I would know that ..... Not to mention the price, it is twice as much a true high quality sourdough bread. Sadly !!!!
