I dropped in to check the place out and they were very busy, I assume handling bulk orders, and didn’t have anything other than loaves of bread to sell. Even if they did have food and/or cookies, cakes, and muffins, it’s important to note that this is a very small place and there is no seating at all. Knowing what I know now, I’m not sure I’d ever have a reason to come here.

Vegetarian options: I ordered the Einkorn Sourdough, the naturally fermented sourkraut, and the heirloom olive oil. I am not a vegetarian but these are three meatless "go to" options.

I bought Einkorn Sourdough Bread and it was tasty and I can really taste the difference between this and other Sourdough bread. This bread is also helping improve stomach related problems. I would recommend this place for healthy choices.

I've ordered many loaves and the flat bread online, twice so far. Bread is very hearty and especially flavorful when toasted. Though a little pricy, when I've looked into making it myself, the flour is at least as expensive along with the time/effort of trying to make it myself. So, we will continue to purchase. Shipping is a bit expensive, so it helps to place a large order. It needs to remain frozen until use, so you can easily order a lot at once and just keep it in your freezer until use. Highly recommend!
