We used Joy Wallace to cater our wedding 10 years ago. As a surprise, I contracted them to recreate the meal for our first anniversary just for me and my husband at our home. I decided to do the same for our 10 year anniversary this year and, once again, they did not disappoint. The food was as delicious as we remembered and the staff was wonderful. They took care of everything. It was a lovely night reminiscing about our wedding and the past 10 years. Highly recommend Joy Wallace for any event, big or small! The food is high quality as are their amazing staff!

Your set up crew as well as your clean up crew was efficient and really worked so well together to get the jobs done!

Overall the celebration was beautiful and Alyssa & Anthony were so grateful and happy with the end result which which was the ultimate goal.

The staff was exceptionally punctual, arriving well ahead of schedule to set up and make sure every detail was perfect. Throughout the evening, they were attentive, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They seamlessly managed the flow of the event, ensuring that each course was served promptly and that all guests were well taken care of.

They made the experience seamless...from the contracting to every aspect of the service...appetizer through to the dessert...they were organized, friendly, and attentive to every detail. WOW! We got married in Miami on 11/11/23 as a destination wedding in Miami coming from NYC. When we first contacted AJW, Aileen welcomed us with open arms. She was kind, attentive and answered every one of our needs. Throughout the planning process we had a LOT of changes to our proposal, but Aileen and Isabel didn’t flinch. Our guests were blown away by the attention to detail, the service, the FOOD (omg the food), the creativity of the way their apps and desserts are served. I can go on forever. If you are looking for a true luxury catering experience (and yes it is an experience!) in South Florida, do not hesitate. Our venue was not an ideal layout for a catering company (and 130 guests) but they worked extremely hard to get it right, and they executed to perfection. Thank you to Aileen, Isabel and all the wonderful staff at AJW for making our wedding day a dream come true!!!

Joy Wallace is amazing! Top notch! Our guests raved about the food at our wedding. The staff was great too. But, it was more than that. Aileen worked with me at every step from the first call. She really understood my vision and challenging requests. She was great to work with from day one- very kind, communicative and thorough. I was in the event business for years and understood that what we what we wanted wasn’t easy, but they pulled it all off to every detail. We had a plated dinner, with some food served table side, some family style and a ton of amazing hors d’oeuvres, 3 beautiful stations plus a dessert station with petite fors, and passed late night bites. All of it was excellent & well timed. But they also jumped through hoops to accommodate our requests at an offsite venue that wasn’t easy to work in. There’s so much more to selecting your caterer than just the quality of the food. The food was great, but it was also the presentation and the stellar execution of it all. Joy Wallace did a fabulous job. Thank you, especially to Aileen, Rachel, Ray, and the entire team at Joy Wallace. Highly recommend!!
